As a DoorDash driver, I have not tried the food. However, I consistently receive pick-up orders from this Chipotle. Every time I have gone to pick up someone’s food here (10+ times), I have had to wait 10-20 minutes after I get there, if not more, for an order that was place over 20-30 minutes before I even arrived.
At first, I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they were busy, but after about 4 orders of waiting this long, I have had enough. The staff asks for the name when you walk in so I give it to them. After waiting 10 minutes, I ask again where the order is, only for them to shrug it off/not check/not begin making the order. After asking 3 times, they finally check and the order was already finished for the last 10-15 minutes.
Meanwhile, everyone that goes in to order in the store receives their orders rather quickly and same with those in the drive-through. But the line for ordering inside is always out the door. And there are always 5+ people/dashers waiting for their pick-up orders for at least 10 minutes. In the end, all of us start talking crap about how slow this place is. Tell me why I had to wait 20 minutes for someone’s order that only contained chips and Guac and chips and queso. The chips are literally bagged already.. then another 15 minutes for 1 burrito bowl with little toppings. The staff is negligent and unprofessional. You would get your food faster driving 20 extra minutes to the next closest Chipotle, trust me.

Read moreNegative customer service experience at the location 1195 Hamburg Tpke in Wayne, NJ. I waited for 10 minutes to check out after my order was done. There were 5 others in line as well. Not one employee acknowledged us or told us what was going on. When the cashier Mario finally came to the register, he told us he couldn't ring us up until 815. When we asked for a manager, who was standing near by. She was rude and dismissive, and she just said that we had to wait until 815 because if they make 30 bowls in 15 minutes, they get a bonus. I told her that they should have, at the very least, told the customers. Acknowledge the people standing at the counter. Instead, they acted like we were invisible. When someone else came up and asked her what was wrong, they began speaking in Spanish, complaining about me complaining. I speak Spanish. Then she just walked away. Not one person was courteous or apologetic. The "manager" didn't even introduce herself. When I asked Mario for her name her reluctantly said Carly, which I doubt is her name. Read moreI absolutely LOVE chipotle, but this place in particular needs some management help!! I think the girl who was the manager tonight was named Richard or Rich? We walked in, were not greeted. There was NO line, and we waited over 10 minutes. They then made my order, and decided to restock the food, so my husband had to wait another 10 minutes before they made his meal. I had 2 coupons on my Chipotle App. 1 for a free drink and another for free chips and queso. I was very happy and excited to use them. Then Richard the manager said I can only use 1 at a time? I’ve NEVER heard of that rule before, and those coupons expire today, so I know that’s not true. That was a big number. Every single table needed to be cleaned and the trash was piled high. Everyone working tonight could not have been over the age of 23. I personally think the head manager needs to come in and fix all their employees work ethic…I think it will drastically change...
