Starbucks — Restaurant in Wayne

Thank you Starbucks employee’s , managers and all ancillary staff that continue to sell us our morning java! I’m grateful that you are allowed to continue serving us, your community! Safely and within the CDC guidelines! Self serve places are a very unsafe place to get coffee, I have seen people cough into there hands then grab a top for their coffee and grab a creamer and touch their mouths and put creamer back into the vestibules! Even saw a kid one time put a whipping cream in his mouth then put it back into the center with creamers ! So you can see how those types of places are unsafe to get your coffee from if you want to stay healthy! Again thank you for your services and I hope you at least continue to stay healthy and be grateful you can work, that your not closed down completely! So we have to wait a little a few more minutes to get coffee in the am , so I say to everyone waiting on the Starbucks line have a little patience for these workers they are working hard to get us our coffee, tea and breakfast as fast as they can , throw them an extra buck or 2 and stop being impatient THEY’RE OPEN FOR OUR...

Starbucks makes great products however, I always only go to the drive through and pay with a credit card. Most people know enough to take my card, swipe it, and return it. Lately there have been a few young people from time to time that go out of their way to stick their credit card machine outside asking you to select an option (to tip) and manage the card process myself. I find this highly aggravating. Not only do I have to now stretch myself to try and process my card out the window but the entitled behavior of tip culture is out of hand. I am at the drive through. You did not provide me with a service. I did not dine in your facility that may require cleaning a table. You're also talking on a headset to the next client while shoving this expectation in my face. I am a very good tipper always tipping above average. When it's warranted. This behavior is such a turn off. Find a job where tips are warranted if you wish to be tipped. Management should not allow this behavior. So my girlfriend and I went to Starbucks 1118 Hamburg turnpike in Wayne . We arrived at the drive thru 2 minutes to closing. I ordered my order 1 small almond milk latte. I drive to the window and the girl at the window was extremely rude saying they were closed. My response was what are you talking about I just ordered a coffee . Her response was there’s no ones here but me. My response was well who just took my order. Her response was I have no idea it wasn’t me. My girlfriend stepped in and said I ordered a coffee . The girl responded, you must have imagined it and said bye bye at the window. The girl came from the back with our coffee and said I’m sorry that was me. I said to the girl look at that, there’s someone else but you in the store. I asked what’s your name, she said what do you need my name for? I said because I’m calling corporate. She said , Amanda which I don’t believe that was her name. She had a ponytail and braces. Anyone encountering this child at the window will be in store for a treat. SHE SHOULD BE FIRED.
