Don't bother making a reservation or even coming here. After reading great reviews my family wanted to try this place out. So we called in advance and made a reservation for 6:00pm. We get there on time or maybe even a little earlier. Our table was not even ready, so we were asked to wait 15 minutes. Which we did and still no table. We waited until about 6:30pm (mind you our reservation was for 6! And still no table.) Between that time they let in a different reservation, and told us that they had a reservation AS IF WE DIDN'T MAKE A RESERVATION AS WELL. Anyways we gave the waiter our number and asked him to call us as we were going to wait in the car. We ended up going up the street to Positano and were taken in about 15 minutes. Moral of the story, don't make a reservation here as they clearly won't respect it and just go to Positano. A better restaurant with good staff...

I have been eating here a couple times a month on Sunday afternoon. Food and service has been excellent. I brought friends tonight and I disappointed and embarrassed. Startinwith reservation for 7pm. We were seated only a little late which was not the issue. The waitress seemed to be in a hurry to get us out. Then my wife ordered a shrimp franchisee and was brought parmigiana. Unfortunately, I was not paying attention, she had taken 1 bite of shrimp and complained to me, when I told her it was not what she ordered. She has been very sick and is under treatment, so she is not as aware as she used to be. Food is always great! This time chicken was over cooked. But it happens, no biggie. Have ordered several times and most of the time no issue with the food. Customer service is 0 stars every time unfortunately(guy who works the front). Today order placed online they misinterpreted the note. It happens, realized it was a misunderstanding asked for the correct item and they refused. Not an apology or offer to make things right just rude. Advised I would just like it replaced and they said I would need to pay again to get what I ordered. or take it up with the online platform.
