Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Wayne

I ordered an Italian sub at 6;00pm, at 7:00 am order was delivered the bag had my name on it, when I got into the apt and unwrapped the sandwich it was not an Italian Sub it was a turkey with cheese, I called right away and the girl on the phone hesitated like she had to come up with a story, then she finally said, O yeah, there was 2 bags here with your name, the driver took the wrong bag, I told her I wanted the sandwich I ordered, and I didn’t want to get charged, she said she would have it right out with the driver. Well now it was way past 8:00pm and I never received a call or the sandwich I had ordered, I called back again, and the same girl answered and lied to me again, she said they had to call the driver and wood have it delivered to me, at 9:00 I went to call back since I still did not receive anything and the place was closed!!!!!! I never had such horrible service and I don’t appreciate being lied to over and over again as far as I’m coythey don’t even deserve one star, and I will bad mouth them to everyone that I talk to, there customer service sucks, I will never go there or order from them again and never refer...

Nour is the # 1️⃣ employee in ALL of Jersey Mike's Subs‼️ She is ALWAYS on point & she ALWAYS brings her 🅰️ game‼️ She MOST DEFINITELY does her job right the 1️⃣st time & every time. I wish I was an employer so I can hire Nour‼️ I would love to have Nour come work for me‼️ Nour has MOST DEFINITELY earned BOTH a bonus AND a raise @ the exact same time‼️ If I were Matt or John, the co-owners of Store #️⃣ 1️⃣0️⃣5️⃣8️⃣ of Jersey Mike's Subs, I would MOST DEFINITELY DOUBLE Nour's hourly rate of pay & @ the exact same time give her a bonus IMMEDIATELY‼️

Whoever is managing this restaurant deserves to get fired without a letter of recommendation. I am a hard working man thats works 8 hours or more a day, and in return I get a 30 minute lunch. I called your restaurant today to place an order for pickup (while already on my lunch time) and a not so friendly employee picked up. “Hello can I place an order for pick up”, “we are busy at the moment can you just place the order online”. “I don’t mean to bother but I only get a 30 min lunch, can’t I just place the order with you”. Her respond “Sighs heavily, what do you want”. The call ended right there....I hanged up and took my money somewhere else. If you hate your job that much JUST QUIT.
