I am going to be honest with this "review" I am giving. I have never had your food so I can't comment on that. What I have done was looked at all your reviews. I find it concerning that when a review is extremely bad and even borderline nasty, how you have decided to respond to them. I think that speaks alot about a business. On one hand, I understand that you are protective of your business and wish to protect it from harm. I get that. I also understand that nasty people can make someone respond in a less than positive way back. All understandable. Believe me, I get it. But To threaten some form of legal action against people by leaving a review that was bad and nasty, isn't the right way to go about it. I found that approach to be distasteful enough that I don't want to try a restaurant that decides this is a good course of action to take in response to a review/harsh criticism. Or to simply say that the reason things are more expensive is because of the state of the world but that shouldn't come at the cost of decent to good quality food though. I am sorry if all of this seems harsh to you but I just don't find it to be the way to go here. Again, I have to stress I have never eaten here nor have I had any personal interaction with this business. So take my review with a very large grain of salt. What this "review" is is an honest reaction to your responses to reviews and I find it to be troubling and not one I would like to experience if I truly did have a bad experience here. Came in with a party of 4. Will not be going back. The service was very slow . One member of our party ordered a meatball sub ,had one meatball on it over sauced with nothing for flavor but oregano, a bitter sub the cheese was not the best two little thin slices on it. He had one bit n brought it out to his dogs as the counter person stated that is how they make it. N walked away. Well the dogs would not even eat it. And he has two mastiff that eat everything. Another party member waited until the rest of the party was finished before she received her salad. Buy that time two of our party didn't eat. Due to the very poor quality of the food the other member tried to feed the seagulls his sub, even they wouldn't eat the sub he ordered. The fourth member of our party ordered eggplant parm and received chicken cheese steak he is a vegetarian, was told mistakes happen. Wasn't offered a remake and the staff became distant. After spending $60+ , and food not eatable as a business owner in Wayne I will never return. The place is not worth going to. The men's room was filthy floor had urine all over it, most likely from the urinal being so high on the wall that you would have to be way over 6 foot tall to use it. Poor quality food hardly anything on the subs, filthy bathroom, kitchen door open an kids clowning around the food prep area. And how long is the pizza displayed in the counter glass? Long enough for the ends to curl up n look old and dry. Save your money find a better place that puts consumers first.

I work at a business in the area of hamburg turnpike, we ordered lunch from this restaurant. I ordered a salad and while eating my salad I noticed something weird in it. When I moved the lettuce around I realized it was a lady bug!! When I called the restaurant to let them know what I found and to ask for a refund, they told me I would have to come back and get it because they were too busy. So I went back on my lunch break, the woman at the counter tried to keep me hushed when I walked in after the man on the phone was nasty to me. She told me they wash the salad in a big bucket and the salad was clean (despite the bug sitting on the plate that I was showing her) she said she would give my money back until she seen I paid with my debit card, then she said I could have a store credit. I advised her that I would never order from the restaurant again and she would need to return my money. The restaurant never apologized for the bug in the food and never took accountability for their mistake.. I am disgusted and beyond appalled by the behavior of this small business and I will NEVER give them...
