Terrible order artisan grilled chicken sandwich and they were fast so at my order a little to fast so i opened the bag to find out the grilled chicken was burnt and not just a little charred it was burnt black as the ace of spades and had barely any sauce on it oh well tho ill never go back there as long as i live here in waynesboro and if the employee was that stupid to think someone would eat that they should be fired why i say that i could understand if it was on the bottom part of the chicken but they fliped the burnt part up so i know they seen it so why serve it to a customer i use to work in fast food so i know it should of been wrote off as waste and thrown in the trash also i havent been to one McDonald's that can actually get my order right what kind of establishment yall are running but its so terrible why because i went back in n asked for another sandwich they said 7 mins is that ok i said yes but it took 20mins like really then instead of the sandwich being burnt this time it was the buns where hard as a brick an i gave up i didnt want to go back and ask for another one or my money back ill never waste another dollar at any McDonald's and this is whats wrong with yall multibillion dollar companies yall to busy counting your dollars and spending them to worry about the service that your stores give out hell no one even said hey sorry about that sir. Read morePlease tell me how I visit the Waynesboro, VA McDonald’s near Target and ask for a receipt and the “girl” at the window says they are out of receipts! This is after she seems to consult with a rude woman who must have been the supervisor, team leader, or something. I reiterate that I need a receipt and “the supervisory person” tells her to have me move up. I tell her to just forget it and give me a refund. The girl at the window tells me I’m going to still need to move up anyway (after the supervisory person says I’m not refunding it). I moved up and did not comment because the next thing was to call Waynesboro city police - I did not have the food. At any rate, I move up and “the supervisory person” brings new a receipt and my money and basically shoves it out of the window.
There are so many things that went wrong here… A paying customer deserves a receipt, how can you be “out of receipts?” Someone also needs to tell the “supervisory person” that it’s not okay to interact with customers and have her cell phone sticking out of her bra in plain sight above her shirt! Don’t they have a uniform anyway? I guess not since she was in plain clothes. How is this a good example for the employees you are supposed to be managing??
It seems to me it would be better to hire employees that are willing and able to be groomed for higher positions… and have a sense of customer service. This was definitely not the case!
What did I do? I left and went to Chick-Fil-A (and will not go back) where there is definitely a different standard! 💯
P.S. This is after a visit a few weeks ago where the manager told me they were not taking drive thru orders because they had a bus and were too busy! LAST STRAW! I see why they...
Read moreThere was a line when we pulled in till we knew there would be a wait but did not realize it was going to be 40 minutes wait 30 of it setting to get to the window only to be handed the wrong meal entirely they took the food back then gave us a meal that had the wrong sandwich in it so they asked us to pull up we waited another 10 to 12 minutes when I walked back to the drive-thru window to ask for my sandwich it still wasn't ready and then I requested a refund they refunded I guess just the sandwich not my whole combo meal which I feel that what should have been done after that long of a wait and having to leave without what I originally wanted I did not mind the long wait it was a little longer than I feel it should have been but I knew there was going to be a wait the young girl at the window had the personality of a wet dish rag it was never High how are you please and thank you have a good night it was handing some stuff taking her money turning her back when she realized she had give us the wrong meal and requested the correct one then she then stood there with her hand on her hip until she took her phone out of her pocket and proceeded to text on her phone it just was no appreciation for the customer no pleasantries at all it was a very bad experience I've never had a great one at this restaurant but I would say this is probably...
