Food is great. But the old woman manager working there, I believe her name is Debra has a HORRIBLE attitude and poor customer service skillls. Fortunately with soooooo many new chicken places opening creating competition for chicken express the owners will consider replacing her. Went 3 days in a row to chicken e and atmosphere was great. Those days there were all male managers and the employees were nice. The 4th day I go Debra is there , employees are tense and terse and she has a major attitude from the moment you walk in the door. She doesn't greet anyone, she acts like it's painful to take your order. I asked for a refund and left and have not returned. I'm not giving my money to a place that employs such a rude individual. Read moreWent through the drive-thru and my order was a total mess. The young lady came the window with her arms full of drinks and when I asked if could get drink carriers she acted put out. She still handed me two drinks then placed two a bag and wanted to hand me the third still in her hand. I still had to ask her for another bag to place drinks in since I was the only one in the car. Got home and we had ordered 5 meals and none of them were right. To the point of one of them didn’t even have the fries that we ordered. The service was bad and the food was not much better. Read moreI ordered a #5 gizzard combo with Mac and cheese and sweet tea. The gentleman that took my order snickered when I placed it but I didn’t think anything of it. I got to the window and they gave me cold gizzards. I told the cashier the food was cold and she asked me did I want her to tell them. I said yes and she walked away from the window to tell them. The gentleman came to the window and asked me what was wrong, I explained that the gizzards were cold. He offered me tenders and chicken on the bone (none of which I eat) because it was too late to cook gizzards (he could have said that when I ordered).
