Firefly Grilling Co. — Restaurant in Weatherford

My husband and I tried the birria style tacos on Friday afternoon and they were delicious. However, we were disappointed by the customer service experience. The guy taking our order was rude. We had to ask if they had any sides available and although he confirmed, he didn't offer any other details. We had to ask "do you have rice and beans" and he responded with a curt "yes" and then we had to say that we would like to add them to our order. It felt like he was reluctant to assist us and wasn't welcoming at all. Unfortunately, we had already given the tip at this point due to the credit card prompt. He definitely didn't deserve one. Such a shame that what would have been a great dining experience due to the delicious tacos wasn't because of the lack of friendliness from the guy...

The food here is good, but they need to clean their grill, as we found a few pieces of grill bits in the burgers we got. Their fries were overcooked as well, if they had just taken them out a few minutes before they would have been perfect. The atmosphere is great and they offer games to play, and a brewing company serves beer in the same building, which was awesome. Not the worst experience but not the best either. Staff is...

If I got out more I'd go here more. The food and beer are so good I could nibble, listen to music, and tip the mug all afternoon or evening. Unpretentious, casual, and yummy. And local. I love having time to order the suds, because I don't drink often and want to take advantage of hearing about what my choices are for something new. Plus you can count on good solid tasty Texas cuisine so noone sits and drinks without some yummy...
