Craves Coffee — Restaurant in Webb City

This is now the second time I’ve gone because I wanted to give them a second chance and it was worse than the first time. The first time I went they gave me the wrong drink, whatever it was it was still good but I was upset because it wasn’t the drink that I was craving. Second time I went they gave me the wrong drink again and this time it just tasted like water down coffee, there were no other flavoring‘s in there whatsoever. I’m really disappointed because I wasted $10 on coffee that I could’ve made better at home. I ordered the caramel mocha crave frappe and it was just horrible, like I said all it taste like is water and coffee. The two girls working I felt so bad for, they were there all alone and were slammed by morning rush. You would think a coffee place would have more than two people working in the morning when it’s busiest. I wish I could get a refund.

EDIT: To the owner- Sugar free, half calf, almond milk and extra thick substitutions should not make the drink taste like water, that’s just poor drink making. And yes my order came out to around $5 because I used the half off coupon that I wasted. I would’ve rather saved it for a coffee that didn’t taste like water, therefore money wasted. I will say, the muffin was really good and the employees are sweet. I’ve been four times now and I’m 2/4 on drinks made well. I’ll keep trying in hopes of training...

I'm fortunate enough to live right down the road from this AMAZING coffee shop! Best coffee in the Webb City, Joplin, Carl Junction area at even better prices! (& Ive tried quite a few.) My husband doesn't even care for coffee, but was like "daaaannnggg that's some good coffee" when he tasted their brew! & not only do they have delicious coffee, but they also have the BEST customer service! There are days when my order is already ready for me when I make it around the drive thru, & that shows how much they care about their customers! I've NEVER had a bad experience or a weird tasting coffee from here. (You coffee drinkers know what I'm talking about) 10/10...

Woke up early one day and decided to treat the wife and I to a coffee as well as grab a breakfast sandwich. The coffee was great! The sandwich, deffinatly a frozen microwave sandwich. They almost forgot to give me the sandwich and hadn't even made it yet untill I reminded them. Honest mistake, no biggie. The 2 star for the food rating is specifically for the food, not the coffee btw. The coffee gets a 5 star, or at least the Carmel crave blended ice...
