Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Webb City

This place could care less about their customers which is evident by their managers response.. My co workers and I gathered our orders in advance for Sunday morning pick up at 9 am . Hours say 630 am it's a smoothie place with Cafe in the title....our girl gets there and they are closed.. open at 1130 am what a let down for all of us. No breakfast... Was directed to customer service who sent the complaint to the local store. This was the response.

I received your comments about our business hours on Google. I am sorry you had placed an order when we were closed. Unfortunately, Google has been giving us grief by incorrectly changing our business hours every week. I updated our hours after you reached out to us last Sunday. Google corrected their mistake, but if you check the google site today you will notice that they are incorrect again.

I apologize that our problem with google caused you grief last Sunday. Please know we are working with Google to get this fixed. You would think this would be an easy fix, but the problem has been reoccurring since we opened in May.

The Mango Berry Cosmo Smoothies were really great, and the edible lime straw that came with them were actually delicious and fun. They also enhanced the flavor of the smoothie itself, which was nice. Originally $5.49 a piece, the smoothies only cost $3.99 because we ordered a meal to go with them. The BBQ Shrimp Quesadilla comes with pineapple, cheese, very hot fresh jalapeno, and Shrimp. A BBQ sauce comes on the side, for optional dipping. This cost $6.99 and was rather small, but tasty. Also ordered was the Chicken Caesar Wrap, with a rather ridiculous $8.49 price tag. The wrap was not exceptionally large, and it lacked the toasted parmesan crisps that it's supposed to come with inside the wrap. I also ordered mine without the tomatoes it usually comes with. Altogether, with a bag of chips, the total cost of the meal was $25.33 for two people. Pricey, but the smoothies are always worth it. So I'm here right now waiting in my car show up to a girl telling me hold on so I stood there while she continued not break down boxes for some reason and another girl doing dishes came to me and asked if I needed help her and another girl were in the back prepping food doing dishes and I said yes I have an order she goes here's ur smoothie oh is there food with that I said yes a chicken quesadilla was told to go wait in the car for another 10 mins it feels like there's tension between the 3 not sure but need to work together to make ppls food take turns something and also maybe stop breaking down boxes if someone needs help it was one box she literally broke there cutting all the flaps off I guess cuz she didn't want to help me?
