Good food and good treats, but terrible service with curbside mobile pick-up. I also see from the reviews that I am not the only one that has experienced this, yet nothing has been done about it yet. I've used the app twice to pick-up curbside. The first time, there were no designated spots to park, so I just parked right outside the doors. I sat there forever and then finally had to go in to tell them I was there, and then waited forever again to have my order brought out. The second time, I parked in their now designated pick-up spot. (At least that is progress.) The sign says to check in on your phone when you get there, and the app just has a check in button, and then it says they're making your order....but they aren't. I sat there for 12 minutes before calling the store and telling them I was out there. The lady talked to me for too long about it not working and then I waited about 5 more minutes for her to finally bring it out. She said to me that the issue had been reported several times to the manager, but nothing had happened to fix it yet. Additionally...the designated pick-up spots are right outside the drive-thru window, so even if there was a "technical difficulty," good employees would have noticed my car sitting there. Read moreWe bought a Premium Ice Cream Cake $28 and change. When we mentioned it being for my sons birthday the girl Kaylee offered to write on it. We said sure. She didn’t secure the lid so as soon as I picked it up from the car the cake on cardboard slid right off the plastic container and onto the ground completely ruining it. I called the store and the girl took responsibility and offered to replace the cake. She mentioned how this is a very common issue with the lids on their cakes. It was to late for us to be able to return before the store closed so we made arrangements to return the next day. I showed up as soon as they opened but was told they were not going to honor the replacement. Maybe if I had photos which I had offered to take and show initially. Which felt like she was saying I was trying to fraud or lie about this situation. I didn’t have photos on my phone with me at the time so the manager on shift said it didn’t matter what was wrote on the clipboard, or told to me on the phone and agreed upon they would not make the situation right. I called the store after I went back to my moms and told them my son informed me he had taken photos and I could bring them in on his phone but she then even went back on that and said she still wouldn’t. A piece of tape would have prevented this from the beginning. If this is a known issue something needs to be done to prevent this in the future. Absolutely...
Read moreDo not order cakes from this place. I ordered a cake on Saturday to be ready for pickup Tuesday at 4:30pm. I arrived at 4:50 and the girls at the register took 10 mins looking for my cake, she then came back to ask me if I called it in or did an online order to which I replied online order. She then went back for another 5-10mins and comes back to tell me the decorator never printed the order so they didn't have my cake but that they would make one for me but it would take 45 minutes. I told the girl I was already late for the birthday party I was going to and that I wasn't waiting 45 minutes for a cake that I had ordered 4 days ago, then to waste more of my time the girl said it's also against our company policy to put that message on a cake. Someone could have called me to tell me they can't write that on the cake and I would have canceled the order but instead they didn't call and didn't even make the cake. My husband's birthday party was ruined because of the incompetent employees at this store. I will never come here again and definitely will never try to order a cake...
