We used the drive-through on a Saturday afternoon, so I can't speak to the restaurant atmosphere or how fast orders are processed during lunch or dinner rush. We did have to pull around to wait about ten minutes for our meal. We already had our milkshake, so we were happy to enjoy a sunny afternoon chatting and listening to music. First of all, this was the best fish sandwich I have ever had from a fast-food restaurant. The cod had that special flaky consistency and sweet taste, without any heaviness or greasiness, with crispy batter. The bun was soft and flavorful, the cheese was real Cheddar rather than a processed slice, there was a nice amount of lettuce for extra texture and flavor, and just the right amount of tartar sauce (which used my preferred dill pickle rather than sweet). I was so impressed! The fries were crispy and crinkle-cut, with minimal salt-very tasty with a good potato flavor and not greasy at all. We did not think to ask for ketchup. There was not quite enough Thousand Island dressing on my partner's Reuben, although it was otherwise excellent, with flavorful bread and perfectly proportioned meat and sauerkraut. We shared a shake combining mint and chocolate. I found it to be not quite chocolatey enough, as the mint was really strong, but my partner thought it was just right. We got one combo, replacing the soft drink with a shake, and added one sandwich, for just over $20. The sandwiches were generous, and we couldn't quite finish the fries. We will...
Read moreScrewed up our order big time, called them after we got home qith our drive thru order and checked our food..which we had to wait for to get in the first place. Read moreWe’re longtime Culver’s fans and have visited many locations, but the Webb City, MO location has by far the worst service we’ve experienced.
During our visit on 6/24 around 1 PM, I placed my order and specifically asked for onion rings with my meal. The employee confirmed my request, but I was given fries instead. When I went back to address the issue, it took the shift leader nearly five minutes to even come out and acknowledge me.
He told me that onion rings weren’t on the ticket, implying the mistake was mine, and said he could get me onion rings—but only if I paid the $1 difference. The issue isn’t the dollar—it’s the complete lack of accountability after confirming my order verbally.
The shift leader was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the interaction. When I told him, “Well, thanks for nothing,” his response was, “You’re welcome.”
We’ll be avoiding this location moving forward and taking our business to Whataburger down the road, as others have recommended. Disappointing...
