Great location but horrible parking. The "parking" causes traffic and should even exit because people cannot park correctly and end up blocking the exit because they don't park forward enough causing people to reverse out into heavy traffic to leave. Please try to find street side parallel parking.

The coffee is actually good, the new frappes specifically the chocolate hazelnut was delicious. Cold brew is decent but had a bitterness akeen to what you would get from finely grinding coffee and not for cold brew. Maybe it was the beens though? Had coffee and lattes in the past which have been good. Ask them if they don't have enough sugar packets and they refill it.

The seating is beautiful and unique for each set. Usually crowded as it's next to a train station and what I assume is the only coffee shop in the area. The wifi is decent usually. The tables will be take up by college students so grab one when you can!

The food can be heated once you buy it from them. Please don't take the ceramics and glass items home! Those are for serving and not for keeping!

The mascarpone chocolate jar was okay. It was light fluffy but the chocolate reminded me of Hershey syrup as a kid from both tatse and texture. Whatever was on top to give a bit of bite became soggy and sad so no graham cracker texture despite looking like it. Don't know if the item had alcohol but usually dishes with mascarpone have it like you would see with tiramisu. You can ask if they have alcohol but the staff will most likely not know since it's waste reduced packaging aka ceramics. A whole list of ingredients won't be put on a card, as a rough output is easier to read and understand and is usually useless for regular consumers as it doesn't...

Caffé Nero is growing rapidly and seems very popular. I've seen several new ones pop up, and I've been to three different locations over the last month for meetings and to work.

This location gets the same three-star rating I would give any of their locations. While I think that their coffee drinks and food are fine, or even good, the service is ridiculously inefficient. You can watch the line form and build toward the entrance as people wait for espresso drinks, reheated sandwiches, and lattes. While you're waiting, they don't even have you pay, you're just standing there taking up space and wondering what will happen next.

I understand that it takes time to make these drinks and food items, but it feels like they haven't figured out how to make it simple and transparent for the customer. No "we'll call your name" or "here is your order number," just perpetual limbo as the line stacks up and people get weird and confused about whether they can go ahead of someone waiting or what.

Still, it's a cozy spot with eclectic antique decor, comfortable seating, a gas fireplace (seen in many of their locations), and free wifi (for three hours, and they block streaming services, which seems stingy to me in 2019).

I am still satisfied to take meetings here if the other person wishes, though it wouldn't be my...

Greetings I wanted to report issue here before expressing myself in google.

First of all beautiful and comfy place the ambient is lovely.

Sadly the staff not so good there was a nice sweet gentlemen today but the female staff very rude not polite with client she really seemed not really wanting to be there today but maybe a busy morning i asked for a baguette with ham cheese and i asked niceley to add bacon her response NO very saulty very rude very flat i asked her to charge extra she stated NO i have no option i stood in shock it took all of me not to be rude back. I dont see why she couldnt charge extra or add it or ask. My boyfriend asked for butter on his muffin she stated it has butter very rude aswell which it didnt it was dry it was my first time here and i did not appreciate her attitude at all other than that lovely place but staff need training on be empathetic and always try to please clients it was a simple request which could have been handled if i go again and see her i will turn around she did ruin the morning with her...

The café appears to be prematurely closing. Despite the 7 pm closing time, I arrived at 6:05 pm and observed several signs of closure: all pastries were wrapped, only takeout box, the restrooms were closed, staff were actively cleaning, and the air conditioning was excessively cold, making the interior uncomfortable.

Decent cafe serving its own brands of coffee, tea and snacks. It's in an old converted T station and cozy but gets packed especially with local college kids. Good coffee at relatively reasonable prices. Parking lot is next door with meter parking during the day. There are 2 single bathrooms on the right side.
