Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Wentzville

This store is awful! I’ve had wonderful experiences at many other locations. I ordered several pizzas and an order of boneless wings recently and everything was just bad. Pizzas were not throughly cooked and neither pizza was cut through. The boneless wings made me sick to be honest. The flavor of the chicken was awful and talk about false advertising. On their app the boneless wings look to be dipped or glazed in delicious BBQ sauce. Instead I got what looked like freezer burnt disgusting chicken nuggets that were quickly warmed and then old congealed BBQ sauce drizzled over top not even coating them.

I reached out to Papa Johns and they gave me a coupon code for a free pizza that when I tried to use in their app to have it delivered didn’t work. When I tried to check out it failed and crashed the app.

I then called the store to see if they could assist on 8/10/23. The first person I spoke to asked me to hold a few minutes to speak with a manager. After 20 minutes on hold I hung up and called back. The second time I called they immediately put me on hold without even saying anything and after 15 minutes I hung up again. I called a 3rd and final time and when a young girl answered the phone and I asked for a manager she laughed in my ear and said I told you to hold, and immediately put me on hold again. I never got to speak to someone who could help.

I would recommend any number of other pizza places over this place the food is to expensive and the service to awful to be worth spending any...

I want to let The owner of this franchise that he or she has a huge problem with customer service with the employees in your store. I ordered on the app about a week and a 1/2 ago and the app said my order was ready. I went in and stood in your lobby for at least 10 minutes without being acknowledged by anyone only be told teach told 10 minutes later after I was finally greeted that my order was not there And had not been received or couldn't be found. I had ordered through the doordash app and was able to get a to get a refund from them but not one time was I given an apology by any of your employees. The woman standing next to me told me that she had been waiting 2 hours for her order and finally decided to change it from delivery to pick up and had still been standing there as long as I had with no One greeting her. I pick up doordash there on a daily basis and I'm very rarely greeted by any of your employees. In fact Today when I picked up I stood there for 5 minutes before I finally had to speak up and ask the man making pizzas if my customer's order was ready. He grabbed it, did not say one word to me or even Make eye contact and handed me the customer's order that had been sitting there the whole time. You need to either get some customer service training for your employees or find a whole new staff because your service is absolutely terrible and...

I placed an order for delivery 30 minutes before the store closed. Received an order confirmation, waiting for my pizza never received a call or anything from the store. I went to check in on my order 45 minutes later, to find it had been cancelled with no notification. This would have been fine if when i called the store the associate, answered made a bunch of noises and hung up on me.

I called back again to get a Chinese restaurant greeting, i had confirmed the number through the app, and through google so i asked the associate how old he was. He hung up on me again, on the third call i got a professional greeting to which i asked where my order was. A female associate in the back yelled out that they were closed, to which i responded i had placed the order almost an hour ago. If they were not going to deliver my order i wanted my money back. They hung up on me again.

I have never received such low customer service. If the order was placed to late the app shouldn't allow it or at the ABSOLUTE least call the customer. Explain the order will not be filled. Will update the review if the management at this site does anything. Still will not return to this store for...
