Read moreWe were traveling/moving to NC. We stopped here for the night. Wish the parking lot was a little bigger to accommodate for a 20 ft uhaul +trailer and a truck with trailer. We found a spot next to the dumpsters that worked for us. The hostes name was Sandy she was very helpful and explained parking arrangements, what rooms were available at the time of booking. Overall the stay was great. Room was great. Breakfast was a good. The only part that was rough was dishing out 150.00 for our dog for the night. Wish it wasn't that much but it is what it is. Overall the stay was great. The reason for not 5 stars was the pet fee. Yes we would stay...

Hallway smelled of a strong mix of foods cooked nearby, permeated into our room. HVAC has issues, does not hold temp, so it’s difficult to even use AC to freshen the room. Thankfully we did not stay past one night. Not our usual experience for a Townplace. |Staff was good, functionality of room sucks. Unless you are willing to go into St Louis, this is probably the best area to stop, but why pay more for a hotel you cannot comfortably utilize...
