As a door dasher I know to avoid this place like the plague. Getting someone’s order in a reasonable time just never happens. To night I reluctantly accepted an order to this KFC at 8:50. To my surprise the parking lot was empty, as well the drive through. It would appear my order may just be the only order being worked on and could I be so lucky to actually get the food in a quick timeframe tonight? No. I walk to the doors to find them locked. Typical. Not sure I’ve ever set foot inside this KFC because the doors are always locked. Always. This is not an exaggeration. I’m not even sure the doors work. I notice two employees sitting in the lobby playing on their phones. This does however give me hope that my order is ready to go if I pick it up on drive through. Because if it wasn’t then what are they playing on their phones for, right? I pull onto drive through and notice a sign on the intercom saying that the alarm is broken and I need to yell hello so that they know I’m here. So I yell hello. I get no response. I try yelling even louder. Again, no response. I suppose the headsets are also broken. So this means that the front doors, the drive through alarm, and headsets are all broken. How at this point an employee walks out the back door, clearly sees me, and does nothing. I’m not going to yell hello in the dark from my car window a third time. Since there’s no one in front of me in line I drive up to the window and honk my horn since no one is there. Apparently my horn is unable to penetrate the loud music and goofing off that is going on inside the building. I can hear them but they clearly can’t hear me. I actually get out of my car and start knocking on the drive through window. Again, no response from anyone. Finally I call the store and let the phone ring and ring and ring and ring and ring and damnit no one will answer the damn phone. I have to cancel the DoorDash order because the useless employees won’t do their jobs. I guarantee that whatever they are getting paid, it is way too much. If you’ve employees then, then congratulations on giving your money away to people who won’t actually work. Whoever the general manager of this building is should be completely and utterly embarrassed by all this. And not just with what happened to me tonight. Look at the reviews for this place. An average of 2.7 stars. More 1 star ratings than all the other ratings combined. This place is by far the most pathetic restaurant I’ve ever been to. And I won’t call is fast food because there is nothing fast about it. Hell, there’s really no food either because no one seems to want to...
Read moreDO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE!!!! All the 1 star reviews you see here were very hard earned I've never had more bad experiences at this store than anywhere else. EAT HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK. My 1st bad experience was the most serious, a while ago and the chicken was seriously undercooked, despite the attempted salmonella assault I gave them the benefit of the doubt that it was an honest mistake. I shouldn't have. Then I ordered a couple pot pies on the app, when I arrived they said they were sold out of pot pies and offered me famous bowls instead, I accepted but they wouldn't adjust the then marked price difference so I was overcharged but I just got off a long day at work and didn't feel like arguing so I accepted I got ripped off and moved on, I also ordered a brownie and it was frozen. The next time i swore was my last and it was for over a year: I ordered an 8 piece+ strips with coleslaw, mashed potatoes and a brownie for desert from the app for delivery. We didn't get the coleslaw or the brownie, since I ordered from the KFC app Doordarsh couldn't help me and said I needed to call the store so I tried calling over and over but no one would answer the phone. So the dasher tried to go back but apparently they wouldnt help her so then I had to contact customer service from the app, and instead of getting me what I ordered they gave me a small and incomplete refund for a meal I no longer wanted without the coleslaw and dessert . The ball was dropped on so many levels and it's the worst customer service I've ever received from any restaurant.
May 2025 Update: After about a year or so I gave them another shot and ordered delivery off the KFC app . About $30 for the meal. $5 for delivery and $11 tip. The receipt on the bag had everything correct. EVERYTHING inside the bag waa wrong. Called the store hoping to swap the order out for the correct food. They immediately admitted to swapping the wrong orders but refused to help me at all and told me to refer to the app. 15 minutes after giving the service agent all the information they should already have and explaining every detail they agreed to refund the meal but not the delivery fee or tip even though I paid it all through the app I have to pay $16 for goods I didn't receive.
With that I will never use the app again. But THIS RESTAURANTS management is almost criminally incompetent. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT...
Read moreCome on, you can do better. The place was not busy. I was the only customer in the drive through. Apparently they were getting ready to close because they don't have staff. I tried to order just 5 chicken strips and a unsweet iced tea. This became an ordeal for the person taking the order. Apparently, this means that they must do it A la carte ($2.09 per strip yes expensive, especially when the 5 piece combo is $8.29), but she couldn't remember that I asked for 5 pieces, and told me the total was going to be over $16 for the drink and 6 pieces. So what she had done was not done the A la Carte at all, she charged me for the 8 piece chicken and a drink. So, I said, just give me the 5 piece combo and I will go from there. On to the next fiasco, Unsweet tea, shouldn't be hard, right. Well she gave me sweet. Not an issue, happens all the time. I asked if I could get it changed to unsweet. I get the second glass it is sweet also. Now I see why the order was messed up. I finally get the unsweet tea after the 3rd request only for it to be soured. SO soured that you could smell it. Then the manager had to come give me a refund for it. I'm not saying that staffing issues don't happen, they do, but treating your customers poorly won't help your bottom line. I felt like I was truly inconveniencing this establishment by trying to spend my money there. However, the food was warm and good. Oh yes, the manager didn't really care to hear the problem either. He just said that is the cost of chicken. Not that a 5 piece tender cost $16 dollars. Thanks for caring, if you...
