Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Weslaco

Arrived at 10:45 on sat., night, was told they only had thin and crispy's. We were extremely hungry, and decided to purchase one large pepperoni pizza. The waitress seemed rushed, like wanted to get out asap, and just quickly took our drink order and left. Finally the pizza came, it was the saddest looking pizza. The cheese looked dry, and old. Almost seemed like it was a leftover pizza from the day. The taste of the pizza was incredibly bland, and the crust would crumble. Aside the from the apperance and bland taste, it did have a distinct soapy taste to it as well. My daughter soon after felt a tummy ache, and my friend and sister, whom I was with, threw up afterwards. When we decided we had enough, we went to the front counter to pay. We asked the waitress at what time they closed, and she said dine in closes at 12. It was 11:30. We askes her why they were only serving thin and crispy's, and she said that was what she told to say by her manager. We were upset, and felt devasted at the poor quality of service and pizza, because we are a fan of pizza hut, but after this experience, we will no longer give them our business. This was my first time at this location. I ordered hot wings and a salad. My salad was brought quickly, but my salad had no tomatoe or cucumbers like all other locations. I asked waitress for tomatoe and said they had no tomatoe. Ok. I had no choice to eat it as it was for $3.49!!!!😵😵 Then, I grab my fork and it's dirty. It had some sticky residue on the handle. Asked for another clean fork, knife was dirty. Thank God I wasn't using the knife. I then wanted to wash my hands due to the sticky thing on fork. Surprise!!!! NO HAND SOAP!!! WHAT??? NO HAND SOAP? An employee had used bathroom before I had gone in, so what does this mean? Employee used no soap to rinse hands. As we went to pay at register, I noticed the same employee whom had used bathroom had absolutely no gloves and she was preparing new pizzas with her bare hands. So glad that pizza was not for me. Im working in welsaco and in my lunch hour i decided to go to this pizza hut location. I get their lunch special 7.99 personel pizza, side salad, and pasta. Well i had told the lady that i wanted alfredo sauce on my pizza instead of tomato. She said i couldn't do that, i had told the lady that ive gone to several pizza hut locations before and they have never denied that for me. So the lady went to go ask the manager. 3 mins later the lady comes and tells me that the manager said no because they already had premade ones and that he would charge me $5.00 more. And yes thats correct $5.00 dollars. Thats insane. No wonder the parking lot was empty. The manager is a lazy individual and need to be replaced. You're there to do a job and make pizzas.
