I never thought it would happen to me at all but what was a 30 mins trip turned into a 5 hour one. Opening that door just to walk in and having the metal gate come down on my shoulder was just so unreal at first I was in shock thinking what just happened. Employee told me it's been happening alot and that they had it fixed yesterday. I'm guessing it wasn't fixed at all for it to come down on me like that. After I left I started to really feel the pain and heat all along my shoulder to my neck. I just think it was a situation that could have been avoided if gamestop actually fixed the gate. I just happened to be the victim at the moment I'm also thankful it didn't land on my head that could have been a whole diffrent story so I called cooperate made a police report and even followed up with a hospital check up with xrays thankful my shoulder wasn't fractured but the weight from the metal surely did damage on my shoulder bruising and just having my shoulder ache from that moment on. Not sure how I feel about all of this. Still...

So after seeign the promo for 4 for 40$ as long as the games were 17.99 and under we got pretty excited and got our 4 games afyer verifying through one of their own employee that the pro membership price was good for the deal. All said and donr they ended up wanting to charge us over 77$ worse scam ever. And the cashier was just rude about about after we told her that it was her coworker that gave us the wrong information. Will i continue purchasing at gamestop possibly, defently not that one though. Theres plenty of oyher gamestops and i can choose from any of them. Heck we have internet we can...

Horrible experience. I went today for my daughter's birthday because she wanted to go. There was no one in the store and the girl working there acted like we were such a bother. She was rude. My little girl picked something out and the girl double charged us and said so much nonsense it made my head hurt. She had no idea what she was talking about. She said to wait 7 to 10 business days if the charge went through. Definitely worse GameStop I've ever set foot in. Never again. She is so miserable there she really needs to get another job. She really wants to get paid to do nothing...
