Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Weslaco

On April 27th, 2025, my fiancé and I experienced an uncomfortable encounter with a Domino's delivery employee driving a white Kia. The employee approached us and asked us to lower our window, during which he expressed frustration about our driving, suggesting that we were in the wrong lane and might cause an accident. We had been attempting to allow other customers to pass, as the entry was blocked by other vehicles.

I believe this situation reflects poorly on the Domino's brand, as it is important for all employees to maintain a professional demeanor, even in stressful situations. My son ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. One a pepperoni and the second a cheese. When the pizzas never arrived we called to check in them. It was 10 minutes past midnight. They let us know they were already closed but that they had called us several times to make sure we really wanted a cheese pizza. They found it strange that we ordered one pizza with pepper and one with cheese only. I find this curious. Doesn’t anyone else ever order cheese pizza? We ordered online so shouldn’t they have just filled the order we made and delivered it. It would have been our problem if we had made a mistake in placing the order. I do enjoy the food. If you are up for a wide variety of pizza, this is a great place. However, I made a purchase order with this location which turned into a disaster. I received a quote for the pizza order in advance and letting them know I would pay with a P.O. When I called to fulfill the request their menu prices had changed! They would not accept my purchase order price. I've ordered several times and paid out of pocket, and now that I have a purchase order they would not accept the amount! So frustrating for me because when I called I specifically let them know the date, and received a written confirmation. I guess next time I'll know better. I usually order from Chic-fil-a and never...
