Taco Bell — Restaurant in Weslaco

Weslaco tx maneger just texting on the phone while everyone was trying to figure out what to do. I ordered online and when I get there one tells the other I never done a online order. Then they ask me what is it I ordered when they should know what I ordered so then I had to call my wife to send me a screenshot of the order and showed it to them then they say ohhh that was a big help omg. So I don’t know why there’s online ordering if I still have to wait there to wait for my order then while leaving I realized what bout my drinks so I go back and ask and they. Oh we’re very sorry sir here you go so I get to my work literally down the street and my crunchy tacos are all soggy and what a taco with no sause literally mad so I call to speak to the maneger and starts telling me sir I can’t here you I spoke louder and again and again I can’t hear you. Bad management in Taco...

The food is always affordable & great...but I hate that this location has also fallen victim to the "modernizing" fad companies are doing to the decor. Any charm & uniqueness the restaurant had is gone. It was cool because it was like stepping into the 90s. The color scheme is now neutral tones. Gone are the whimsical painted wall decorations. Taco Bell joins the ranks of corporate boring, muted sterility.

I wonder if those painted wall jalapeños are in a dumpster...

I used to LOVE Taco Bell, but I'm not so happy with the new menu changes.

Change of menu is fine, but you shouldn't sacrifice ingredients and quality.

Everything I picked up today was completely subpar...even for taco Bell. Very sad.

The burrito was cold and the tortillas were gooey and also cold. Nachos were stale and the meat and cheese on them was also cold.

And no Doritos...
