Update 4/22/2019: The manager Rob called to follow up on our concerns. He was sincere, apologetic and professional. Helped to restore our confidence in this location. He is a great example of good management and customer service.
4/23/2019: So we have ordered from this location nearly weekly since it opened. There have been minor errors that we let slide because we both have worked food service and get it. Today I ordered a large stuffed cheese pizza and 2 orders of wings. We recieved an over cooked non stuffed crust pizza. My husband called to let them know and they questioned him repeatedly about it. He called back when phone was disconnected and told them again several times we didnt recieve the correct pizza. He was told a new pizza would be delivered and driver would pick up the wrong pizza. That was the straw that broke this camel's back. So disrespectful. When a customer calls and says the order was incorrect, you fix it period. Figure out who got it wrong when customer isnt on the phone. I called and spoke with the GM and explained I was very unhappy with the treatment and felt we were being called liars. She told me not to get loud with her and hung up on me. I called back and asked for refund, she hung up on me. I called back again and asked for refund, she said couldn't do that and hung up on me. I called back and said I was calling corporate she said go ahead and offered to give me the number. Extremely disrespectful and needs management training!!! Yes my husband became frustrated and started getting loud when he was questioned over and over. Yes I got loud with frustration but I toned it down and tried to have a conversation with the manager and she didnt know how to make it better so just hung up. I only asked for refund on pizza, was willing to pay for delivery, wings and tip. Now I feel deserve full refund and will never order from this location again as long as that GM...
Read moreUPDATE* Called and spoke to Tina, assuming the manager or assistant manager, 7.26.21 @ 11:45am. Resent the missing pizza from last night; simply stated "sorry" for not answering the phone last night (no other reason given). I then, very clearly stated, although it will be denied by Tina that is was discussed, "As an inconvenience, please include a dessert cookie.". How on earth does that sound like "I want to purchase a desert cookie"???!!!??? The driver showed up with the new pizza, cookie and a bill for 10.00. Took my pizza, sent the cookie back with the driver and called Tina. Who denied the conversation and stated, "If you would have called when the driver was there, I wouldn't have charged you.". Seriously!!!??? No thank you! Tina, your customer service is reactive and bass ackwards.
Will not EVER order from this location again. Will take my business elsewhere. Will also be contacting the franchise owner regarding phones not being answered and customers hung up on during business hours and the severe lack of basic, proactive customer service skills.
Normally do not have issues with this location. However, this evening was the exception. Ordered at 8:36pm online and received my order at 10:36pm; minus my most expensive item, medium thin with pepperoni, green peppers and onions that was replaced with a double order of bread sticks. Tried calling the store starting at 10:40pm (closes at 11pm) and the phone rang and rang and was hung up on every single time. Hope management and/or the franchise owner see this before I make a phone call when the Wesley Chapel location opens tomorrow. Not a...
Read moreLast night around 6:30 pm 3/8/17 I was going home from work driving down Potter Road at the speed limit of 45. I look in my mirror to see a car inches from my bumper then quickly move to the oncoming lane to pass me on a double yellow line 2 lane road. A car coming toward us slams on his brakes and the car returns to a position of inches from my bumper. I start in one of the turns STILL ON A DOUBLE YELLOW LINE and this car whips out around me and starts passing me. A car appears coming the other way this passing car then forces me off the road as well as the on coming car and speeds off so fast I can hardly catch the car but I noticed a pizza delivery sign on top of the car. I manage to keep the car in sight and follow him to your pizza hut store here. Upon arrival I go into the store to find an older gentleman I assume was the night manager and tell him about his driver who I find out his name is Andrew driving a black Honda plate number PDV 364 and tell this guy what his employee had done and his driving habits. He looks at me with an unconcerned look and says..I'll talk to him. The driver walks in I stood outside watching for 10 minutes and the guy never even approaches his driver.
Great concern for the public out there Pizza hut. When your driver kills someone maybe you will get the picture.
You can be assured I will forward this to the...
