I’d give them zero stars if if was option. Bought a ice maker, got two different prices for the same ice maker from two different people. Still went them because they are local. They delivered the machine a day later then it was scheduled, without any legs, scoop or manual it was to come with. Showed up days later with the wrong legs and manual. They then said they stole the parts from another machine and would order my service and parts manual? It leaked inside right away. Went back they never ordered anything. Took a manual from another and said it was the same. I told them over and over this wasn’t the machine I bought. They claimed it would “do”. Then addressed the leak. Called them for FOUR days straight talked to someone new every day almost. They claimed they called to schedule a service call. I’m sure they didn’t. No one ever called. I drove 3 hours to get the leaking solenoid and fixed it myself for $50 that I’ll never get back. That place is a disaster and disorganized. No wonder they don’t know what’s going on. They just sell you a machine, get their money and move on. Their customer service...
