Shelby’s National Tap — Restaurant in West Allis

I gave the bartender Rachael $18 for a $10 tab and she just assumed the rest was tip and put it in her jar. Didn't even give change!? In WI it seems normal for bartenders to keep change on the bar until people leave. I like to support local establishments but she seems very unprofessional. Will not go back when she is bartending. Edit: I sat at the bar with my GF and put a $5 bill down with about $13 in singles. Bartender took the $ for both drinks and put the rest in the tip jar. I was expecting change back to leave a proper tip not planning to tip the entire amount of $ I put down on the bar. If you would like to inform a customer that cards are not accepted then please says that cards are NOT acceptable. Not that debit isn’t.
