My girlfriend and I have frequented this establishment a few times now and have been generally satisfied with the food and beverages. On our most recent visit, we noticed an inch thick of piled dust on the ceiling fans directly in our site line of the TV's. We wondered if we should let them be aware of this fact. After-all, if the "front of the house" isn't clean, what must the "back of the house" be like? We decided I would discreetly let a bartender(Andrea) know what we observed so that it could be corrected so as not turn off other customers. Andrea's response verbatim: "What, do you clean fans for a living?". So Andrea basically told me to go F myself for pointing this out. She then proceeded to ignore us and did not care even in the slightest. Really? I'm doing your business a favor by pointing this out! I'm in customer service and have managed restaurants in the past. I respectfully brought this to your attention as we liked this establishment. Even if you didn't care, you should have said "thanks for letting me know, I will pass the information along". Read moreA friend of mine referred me to this place and I liked the food, so 2nd time I ever had it I ordered take out wings on Monday night which has their 25% off special, they told me it’s full price if you order take out so I was like ok that’s fine.
I walk inside and pay and I see an old buddy of mine I haven’t seen for 10 years, I politely ask the female bartender if it’s ok if she can change my order to dine in so I can talk with my buddy and catch-up and she shows me this little attitude.. i mean it’s fine, it’s $3 and you rung it up as takeout but at least respond in a customer service oriented way rather than shut me out, I’d even buy a few drinks for business, so anyway, she gives me hard time then asks a manager, she walks up to either the owners or managers across the bar and they blatantly say no, not even wanna acknowledge me or say hi.. no mercy at all..
I’ll never go there ever again.. customer service goes a long way.. for a measly $3 or a better response.. I could have bought 3 drinks and could of meant $1,000’s of dollars of lifetime value I could have provided rather than a 1 star review and forever...
Read moreONLY reason I'm giving this rating on service is because our secondary waitress Brianna (younger girl with long dark hair) came in clutch today! We had a large group arrive after a tournament and the first lady (older lady with white hair) came over with nothing but attitude right away. She proceeded to take everyone's orders except for 3 of us at one table and nobody at the other table claiming she wanted to put in the order so the kitchen didn't get overwhelmed but then when she came back she ignored all of us except one person. We had to ask another waitress (Brianna) to help us as we were in the middle of the table of a large group. She was more than happy to help and continued to not only check on us but everyone else the rest of the time while we only saw the other lady maybe 2 more times. I love this place and the food is always great especially the wrap and the wings, so it was disappointing to actually have bad service when normally it's great.
