Limanski's Pub — Restaurant in West Allis

We came here on a Friday night to try their fish fry, mozz sticks, and wings. There were 5 of us in our group. Unfortunately, there was no where to sit at the bar even though it wasn’t very busy. There were several seats open but the bar isn’t huge so there weren’t any 5 seats next to each other. There’s other table seating available so we sat there but it made ordering for 5 people extremely difficult. The drinks were made very well and we finally got our food orders in. The bartenders were very nice and checked in with us often over the course of the next hour and half-2 hours we waited for our 4 fish fry’s, mozz sticks, and 1 order of wings. We were STARVING and the wait was very long, and they were not super busy. But the staff was nice about it and we were there to have a good time. Food eventually arrived and it was very good! Nothing too crazy special, but it was definitely tasty. The only real complaint we had was the volume level of the music. It just happened to be karaoke night (which we participated in!) but the music was DEAFENING. I would say even louder than most clubs and concerts. We had to really shout at each other even though we were right next to each other. Weird vibes, good...

Let me start by - this place used to have great service, there are 1 or 2 people who are nice but sometimes when I go we get ignored, sit at the bar patiently waiting and the bar tender will find other things to do like check the phone walk around avoid people... last night the cook decided to start up the fryer, everyone except us were asked if they wanted something so I asked if we could order too. She took the order... 20 min later the cook served everyone else, then took a 4 piece to a random couple who was playing pool (was supposed to be our order but she put it in wrong) then I said that's ok don't worry about it- she was quick oh you want to cash out now then, I had waited 10 min for a buck to play another game of darts after I asked and she wondered the bar then said she forgot. Mind you were normally go there and our bill for drinks and shots is typically never over 50 for everything and it was 72- pretty sure we still got charged for the wings we never got... but she said she charged right and seemed to want us out of there. The vibe was definitely not good and the service was the worst it...

This was my first time,ordering from this place and im honestly disappointed. I have heard such good reviews it pains me that i will most likely never come here. When i called the girl who answered was so unprofessional and answered as if i was calling your personal line. When i arrived the establishment wasnt really busy or packed and I sat there for 10 mins at the bar and i wasnt even addressed. The one girl behind the bar was unprofessional, drunk and childish. The one other girl working was busy doing soo many things, actually trying to maintain the bar on top of other duties. She was the one who finally addressed me totaled me out and i went on my way. But when i got home i was even more disappointed that i didnt receive the right order. I am so just amazed that a place with the first place wing at wing fest could have such a let down of customer service and accuracy especially on a slow Monday night. Hopefully if i ever do try this establishment again the service here will be alot more...
