I pulled up to the speaker, which had a blinking error message, so I couldn’t see my order on screen, which was quite simple: three supreme tacos and a soda. I was asked what sauce I wanted: Fire. I pulled around and saw two cars ahead of me. The drive-thru was littered with Taco Bell debris. I proceeded to wait about 15 minutes. When I pulled up to the window, I was asked if I wanted a receipt. I said, “Yes, please.” I was handed back my card. No receipt. After a couple more minutes, I was handed my food and soda. When I got home, I saw that I was given regular tacos instead of supreme, Hot sauce instead of Fire, and my soda was improperly mixed with entirely seltzer water (it tasted like cleaning fluid). I wasted 20 minutes and over ten dollars (I can only guess that was the price, since I didn’t get my receipt and the order screen was broken) for the wrong tacos, the wrong sauce, and an undrinkable soda that I had to pour down the drain.
If you can’t get a simple taco order correct on a slow night while taking approximately seven minutes per customer (just to hand out the food -- not counting the order time!), then your franchise is floundering. This was not just "one bad night," as I have had similar experiences here before. No working order screen, no working soda machine, no one to clean the litter from around the building (including food debris that attracts rodents), and no competent/well-trained crew: this represents a systemic failure of the manager and/or the owner to take any pride in...
Read moreThis is literally the worst taco bell i’ve ever been to, and that’s saying something. I placed an online order for pickup at 4:45. When I entered, not a single worker (out of 8-10 employees) greeted us, nor acknowledged any of the customers who had clearly been there for a while and were growing impatient. When I finally got my order, I was missing a few items. When I finally got a female workers attention, instead of coming over to assist, she went on her phone with her gloves on, ignored me, and when she finally came over she didn’t say anything. I told her I was missing drinks and she said nothing, rolled her eyes, and gave me the wrong drink. After that, I watches her start making food with her dirty gloves on. I’ll probably have food poisoning tomorrow if none of the workers can take 30 seconds out of their day to switch their gloves. Frustrated my friend and I left, only to find two workers smoking a blunt, with a third worker telling customers in the drive thru line to leave. When I opened the bag, not only was one of the tacos not wrapped correctly, and spilled in the entire bag, my other items were wrong and/or missing. Don’t waste your time or money coming here, the fact that there’s any reviews above 1 star is unbelievable, they must have gone somewhere else and accidentally left a review for...
Read moreI am changing my 4 star review from a year ago down to a one star. I am a Door-Dasher so come here frequently. The staff has to be the biggest bunch of lazy, rude, disrespectful group of employees I have ever encountered. Looking at their phones while not working is the least of their worries. The older employees seem to bully the younger ones who are actually working. The management, no matter the time, are the worst part of this group. I see them over and over not saying common phrases like "thank you or "you' re welcome". The rudeness is at a level I have ever seen. And again, as a long time Door-Dasher, I have been to many restaurants so please take this as more than an "opinion". Something happened over the last year where my past review about how friendly the staff is far far removed. Also, take this as you will; they were all really interesting in how many donations the "store" made. I heard a one employee say "we need more people to round up, I need my money". My brain is telling me they cash out these donations and supposed to put them in the box and just don't. In fact as I am writing this, sitting in the store for the second time today for over 20 mins, they are once again talking about the "donations". Absolutely disgusted with how "ghetto" is...
