I walked in for the first time in years and was just appalled. I find myself asking the same question quite often in the post-pandemic era: What HAPPENED to this place? What used to be a nice store to browse with clothing, shoes, household items, and seasonal display cases in well-ordered aisles now looks like a tornado-ravaged mess. (See my photos.) Shoes and clothing were flung onto the floor of every aisle. Wall decor was dumped onto the floor and scattered around like trash. Merchandise was tossed onto shelves as if it were a messy child’s room with random items everywhere. The district manager HAS to know about this because of the loss prevention personnel at the front of the store. Someone has to be keeping track of the merchandise flow, even if it's all over the floor of the store. This retailer wants to make sales, but they don’t have the desire to hire employees to stock, shelve, clean, or check-out. Rather than cut their profits to offer living wages to hire enough employees to run the store -- or just close down the store -- they simply don't hire employees at all, so it’s a free-for-all on merchandise with two security guards to prevent people from just grabbing and running. What a mess.

It is a really nice store many clothing options they have cotton polyester shirts the store has some Calvin Klein and Jill Ireland, Donna Karan New York DKNY clothing and not as famous designers. Nice store to shop at dollar amounts spent moderate. The store has large paintings for sale and home furnishings, sells a small amount of part wool yarn in photo. Nice store. Large parking lot available, wheelchair accessable. Holiday shopping is extremely busy 4 cashiers long lines wait in line 1/2 hour or 1 hour.

Worst experience ever. Manager is rude, had one employee on the registers with over 30 people in line. When I politely inquired, the store manager was incredibly rude. Additionally, I called to the store while I was in line and the employee who answered lied to me, stating she couldn’t help because her shift was ending yet I saw her the entire time behind the registers bustling around doing nothing and not helping. Never will I return to this location.

I was extremely pleased with my experience here today! I will mention this. It was extremely busy when I was there!

An employee named Amarissa made this experience the very best for myself & my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter! She helped me the first time with locating the toddler's winter jackets. I'd walked around the store with my grandchild & wasn't able to find it.

Amarissa was at the front, checking out customers, when I politely) interrupted her. I'd inquired where the toddlers winter jackets were? This was after I had been walking around the entire store & couldn't find them. Now, she simply could have pointed me in the direction of the jackets. However, she actually took the time to help me & showed me where they were!

She was extremely polite, courteous & friendly! She went above what she needed to do! She even was looking at sizes for me after asking what size(s) I needed! She ended up taking me over to where more of them were located in the store! Even when I (believe) her boss or another employee was asking her (via headset or something like that) where she was.

She made my experience the most effective, easiest & most pleasant I've encountered! I ended up buying a jacket there, just because of how helpful &...

I had an awful experience at this store.I went in about a week ago and spent $120 on items which was suppose to include a blue tooth speaker.I get home open the box and guess what..no speaker in the box.Big inconvenience but ok i call the store and explain they say "come on back and we'll exchange it"so at this pt i take an uber back to the store and have him wait outside thinking id be in and out.Well i come into a crowded store and approach the manager and explained i JUST called and i had the empty box with my reciept. She proceeds to tell me that i have to wait in this long line!I tell her i have an uber waiting and i just cant nor believe that i should have to do that.Im already annoyed at having to come back and its costing me almost more than the speakers worth on uber to come all the way back to this store Wtf!They were extremely rude at this pt and didnt care about me as a customer at all!Iv called corporate twice and they reaffirmed that they have contacted the store management several times to resolve this and contact me back and they still have not so here i am finally telling how awful this experience has been with these inept employees. Thanks for nothing and my business can and will...
