DTLR — Local services in West Allis

Horrible service . They rung up a hoodie from the discount isle for $30 so I decided to go grab another one and a pair of shoes . I noticed a guy standing there like he was a security from the beginning when I entered the store. Turned out he was waiting for a pair of shoes for at least 20 minutes so I decided to not wait for my shoes and checked out the hoodie. Now they told me the hoodie is $50 and I said a moment ago its $30 but I was like no big deal its still a discount from $75 . Today I checked the websites and its going for $30. All good though keep the change ya...

I don’t even leave reviews but today I am. The vila store was unusually packed today per the employees who most of them were obviously new. They were so polite and nice. Those girls are so sweet and have great customer service. They didn’t hesitate to run back and forth for shoes for my kids as well as other families with small children. At one point one of the girls said whew it’s busy today! But in an excited way.

Uber cool staff...knowledgeable... Inviting atmosphere...great deals on shoes, got some huaraches 2 for $80...they carry shoes that's hard to find and shoes that no one else carries...they even offered to order me some shoes at a low price...their selection is nice could be expanded but I think that's the flavor they are portraying... Would recommend the Villa to everyone trying to get a break from the...
