Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in West Bend

Very professional staff. I'm not sure if I would be able to keep my composure if a 90 year old, double parking, discount Nosferatu wannabe spent easily ten minutes describing the arithmetics behind tomato placement on her ridiculously complicated pizza. While this was happening additional staff came out and helped the confused and scared customers waiting behind the obviously disturbed woman who is the only person I've ever seen order a pizza at the counter at any pizza shop ever. That's why God invented the internet and phones isn't it? I was in awe that not only was my payment taken and my order presented perfectly and professionally, but all this went on while a hunched over Cruella DeVille spat out ridiculous requests that serve only the purpose of annoying anyone working behind the counter. Not once did any employee treat either the normal customers, or the clearly disabled alien trying to parse out how earth pizza works, in anything but a professional manner. It's poor customer service when you forget a customers order! I called in after another half hour passed when I was informed my pizza would be delivered 45min after ordering. If I didn't call, I would have never gotten my order and they'd get free money.

The person I had spoken to in regards of my missing pizza had informed I'd be waiting an additional 20mins on top of the already 55min wait prior. The delivery driver insisted that I would only be charged for one of my two pizzas due to the inconvenience. My charge card shows otherwise!

Attempted there service an additional time.

I ordered for pick up and was informed my pizza would be ready in 15min. It took me approximately 15min to arrive on site directly after the call and my pizza was already sitting under the heat lamps. Shouldn't pizza take more time to bake thoroughly?

When I had gotten home to devour my meal, I came to find that my pizza was under cooked with the dough still semi raw. It wasn't much of a pleasant experience nor made up for the previous...

The person who waited on me when I came in did not understand what I wanted. I asked about a white pizza, explaining that I couldn't have tomatoes or tomato sauce. I asked about the chicken bacon ranch pizza which I had in the past, and ended up ordering that, as he said that was the only one with white sauce. I paid with my credit card which would only be accepted if I added a tip! While waiting, I found a menu brochure, only then learning that they now put tomatoes on the pizza that I ordered. I went to the counter and informed him again that I couldn't have tomatoes. Luckily they could still remove the tomatoes. On the brochure I also found that they have a spinach feta thin crust white pizza which would have been great. Too late. When my order was ready a different guy brought my 2 small pizzas up he had trouble finding me because the first guy couldn't spell my name. The pizzas were somewhat overcooked. ...
