Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in West Bend

So I was going to go to another sub place and I suddenly realized those aren’t the subs I’m looking for, so I started to try to come to a diplomatic solution for my desires for a good sub sandwich and Jersey mikes had very aggressive negotiations, especially with Danny devito being in their adds (billboard on 45 really was very aggresive) but they were right about how short the negotiations would be because I don’t like sand. It’s coarse, and rough, and irritating, and it gets everywhere. Not like here at Jersey mikes, Here everything is soft, and smooth. But I wanted to make sure it’s what I wanted as I’m constantly calculating the odds and gave a little thought to other places and I had a bad feeling about them, and it wasn’t long before I realized I needed help with my sub needs and Jersey mikes was my only hope, and from now on I never want to be told the odds, because I found my lack of faith in Jersey mikes disturbing because they’ve always been good! And always will be! I just really hope they’re carful not to choke on their aspirations as so many others do, now I gave a 3 stars for the atmosphere if they’d get a big walking carpet and named it Chewbacca it would instantly be a 5, but I only gave a 3 because it’s a tad small, but it is a really good atmosphere and all sub places are typically kinda small like this so I guess this was the way. I usually don't leave reviews but after subway messed up my mobile order yet again, Instead of making them fix it I decided to I pop into Jersey Mike's over off South Main to give them a shot. Now after subway messed up my order for not only myself but for my wife and child I was quite frustrated, but as soon as I walked in I got a warm greeting from a young man behind the counter, which immediately changed my mood( every time I walk into subway the workers always seem like they hate their job, they never have any energy or excitement in their greeting which really brings down the mood) I told Ryan (the young man helping me out) what had just happened with my mobile order at subway and he reassured me he would make sure I was 100% happy with my subs. Ryan had great communication every step of the way and a great attitude and was very knowledgeable with the menu items as my child and I are highly allergic to certain things ( I always ask what is in sauces and seasonings and whatnot ). Needless to say I was able to get in and out of Jersey Mike's with perfect subs and I left feeling like my subs were actually made with care ( unlike my experience with subway where they just slap stuff together and my subs always look like they've been thrown on the ground and stomped on). So I recently had a very poor experience with the delivery service Jersey Mike's uses at this location. The driver decided to leave my complete order at someone else's apartment in my complex. I called DoorDash to notify them of the drivers error. I was still out my food and my money. I called the store directly and got ahold of the Franchise owner "Hayden" and he performed his job above and beyond my expectations.
