So I ordered food online while I was out and was going to pick up on my way home. After I had paid for my food I get an email that said my estimated time for it to be ready was tomorrow. The time was around 1920, and the fact that I ordered their new tosted subs I didn't want them cold. I then tried to call multiple times and the phone just kept ringing and ringing and no one answered. I then drove to the restaurant, and I was iratated at this point. When I got there I asked to speak to a manager about what was going on with the system giving tomorrow as a pick up time. There was no manager on duty, so I talked to the employees. Out of the three employees in there the young man, who could tell I was iratated (i didn't hide it in my tone) was very helpful and polite. The other 2 however just gave me attitude when I told them about the email and how it's not helpful to not have a correct pick up time. They were actually mad at me because I was irritated with their system not communicating properly, and told me that's the way it has been and it's not going to change. The food was OK, nothing to write home about, but this whole thing about not getting any sort of correct communication on when to actually pick up the food is very annoying. I won't ever order online or by phone from this location again, but I will go in and order from the counter because I do like their subs. Read moreLast Tuesday, I called my order in ahead of time as I was on my way somewhere with a schedule to keep, but when I arrived, I still had no choice but to wait in a line six deep. All employees were busy with their own tasks, and the young man at the register was focused on taking orders. As I waited, I watched a young lady make sandwiches while her long hair hung down around her visor and literally touched the food as she worked. When it was finally my turn at the register, after getting my food that had been waiting up on the counter, I pointed out the girl's hair hanging into the food as she worked, simply suggesting she tie it back. The young man seemed terribly uninterested in my concerns, only anxious to take orders of the people in line behind me. I left doubting he would pass my thoughts along to management as requested. Read moreWORST RESTAURANT EVER!!! Where is the ZERO star option? The only reason I've ordered from them at all is because of delivery but I'm done ever going here. Rudest staff I've ever dealt with. The bread used for my sub was burnt and rock hard. I called and they told me the bread was just made FRESH. Clearly it's old. When I asked for a new sub they told me there was NOTHING they could do for me and I'd have to file a complaint with corporate. I was told the general manager there would do nothing for me either.
I've also filed a complaint with their corporate office before and the person there just ARGUED with me. VERY unprofessional! Did nothing for me whatsoever.
The delivery fee is also $4 for my $5 sub and when I didn't leave an EXTRA tip the delivery driver knocked on my door until I answered DEMANDING I sign the receipt (I already paid for the order). He said I FORGOT to leave a tip. This has happened 3x when I put NO TIP...
