I ordered the XLNY 3 Cheese special. This is what I received. I asked the employee if that was the correct pizza, because I was expecting a lot more cheese. Her reply was that it's a "value pizza." I told her that it didn't state anywhere online - it was a special, which says "sale" to me. She again replied that it's a value pizza and that's all the cheese you get. No apology for the misrepresentation on the internet, no attempt to try to find a way to make it right. When a pair of pants is on sale 50% off, you don't just get one leg of the pants. Called in a pick up order. The girl who answered the phone would barely talk to me. It was really rather rude. I know it's hard to find help now, but how hard is it to be nice on the phone while taking an order!! Absolutely ridiculous! And I'm sure there will be a tip recommendation for our order! I live over a half hour from this location and when I got home with my order I noticed they had one of the toppings incorrect on one of my pizzas. I called and explained that I placed the order online and what the situation was. I was told I could bring the pizza back in and they'd remake it for me. I told them how far away I live.
