Ordered a fajitas and a combo #6. I got home and realized I didn't get tortillas for the fajitas and didn't get the combo #6 just ended up being a single taco! I called and at first they picked the phone up and hung up on me immediately, guess they knew why I was calling! I called right back and the person that packed my order actually answered the phone. I politely explained the situation and asked what could be done, the person said I could come back to pick up tortillas and an enchilada. I'm 15 minutes away, it was 8:30, I'm unemployed because of Covid-19, I don't want to have to burn my gas to correct their mistake! I asked if they could cover the cost to doordash them to me, he said no. I asked for a partial refund just to be done with it and move on and he told me he would only refund me if I brought all the food back, no partial refund allowed. Seriously?! So you can throw all my food away in the middle of a pandemic?! I explained to the guy that I like the food at Azteca (more on that in a second...) and that this is very poor customer service, I asked how he would feel if he spent $46 on food and got about half of what he ordered and he said he wouldn't care, it's just food to him... The worst part about all of this was the food wasn't even that good this time... Extremely disappointed with how this issue was handled, I won't be making this mistake again! Definitely sticking to El Patio from now on! Food's better...

I stood at the front counter for at least five minutes and then the phone rang and a man walked over to the counter where I was standing, answered the phone and immediately left after he ended the call. I thought to myself wow that was rude! I waited patiently for him or someone to return. Several minutes later the phone rang again, the same man appeared and answered the phone. Once again he ended the call and immediately walked away without acknowledging me. Now it's becoming clear to me that his actions are intentional so I waited to see what would happen next before I concluded that I was being treated this way because I am black. Well it didn't take long for the ugly truth to be revealed. A group of four to six white people entered the restaurant and stood behind me. A few SECONDS later the same man appeared greeted and seated them IMMEDIATELY!! Moments later he returned again to answer the phone and I politely asked him if he was going to take my order. Grand Azteca What a waste of money! I went to this restaurant because of the 3 taco Tuesday special for $6.99 as advertised.
However, the server didnât speak English so another server came who only could say a few words but this server still couldnât understand taco Tuesday special for $6.99.
I ordered the 3 tacos and the server brung 3 tacos, soft wheat shells no toppings and a side of rice and beans. Then after getting the food I asked for the bill. The bill was $25.42
I asked to speak to the manager and finally a man who could speak English asked me what issue did I have with the bill. I advised him I order the taco special and he said that the waitress was new and doesnât know the menu and I would still be responsible to pay the bill because itâs what I ordered. I didnât eat the tacos and threw the food away before leaving out the restaurant. I believe this is a horrible place of business! Why would you provide me with a server who doesnât speak English? Why would you make me pay for food I didnât eat or order? Why would you advertise food at prices that you donât honor?
