I’ve heard so many great things about Cold stone creamery and finally decided to go get a treat. After asking how to get what I see in pictures. The young man grabbed a scoop of ice cream, asked me which topping I wanted to add, the 1st topping is free. Then he went to checkout. I looked at the picture of the ice cream I wanted and asked him why it was so different and he said “I gave you what was free and anything else will cost you extra” so after spending $8 on a scoop and 1 topping I’m not impressed with this place AT ALL. I ordered a cake online during Thanksgiving because some sites suggested Cold Stone would be open during Thanksgiving. The order went through and it said pickup in 15 minutes, I go and the store is closed. I ask for a refund the next day its open and these people basically refuse to give me a refund, making me call like 5 different people before saying, "we'll get back to you", which they never did.
