What an awful experience! I have never been treated so poorly by a restaurant manager before in my entire life. The rudeness was unbelievable! We kindly asked her to turn one TV out of twenty to CNN, a TV that no one faced accept us. Her poor attitude replied we don’t do that here nobody wants to watch politics here. She said we only have sports channels on and that’s how we run this place. We kindly asked again can you just put one TV on for us so in a very nasty way she said fine. After we left we decided to sit outside on the patio. There was one couple with their dog that arrived after we sat down. There was not one other person on the patio. The manager sent a waitress out to tell us the server did not want us sitting g at one if her tables. We were asked to leave and literally were in shock. The only couple there, with their dog were shocked as well. The entire patio was empty and she asked us to leave. This is not where this story ends there will be more comments, reviews, calls and protests as we were discriminated against and harassed in front of other people. If she is not confronted or fired there will be even a much bigger problem. This treatment will not be tolerated and in my lifetime I have never been faced with this situation and something better be done about it. You can follow similar reviews on social media. Based on your lack of customers today it doesn’t seem like you can afford to have such unprofessional people working as a manager of your restaurant. 4 stars because the manager (Glenna), hostess (Kelsey), and the kitchen staff were fantastic and handled our mishaps. All of the other experiences we have had here have been amazing. Definitely recommend eating here! Food and prices are great. This is more of a warning to other guests about one particular server.

Tonight was by far the WORST SERVER EXPERIENCE that we have ever had! Sara with blonde hair and glasses blatantly disregarded our table. It took 20 minutes for us to be greeted (after we informed the hostess). She forgot one of our drinks. She brought out our entrees before our appetizer. Another worker actually brought us our appetizer. She never refilled our drinks or checked up on us. And even when we were finished eating, we still had to wait for our check.

She had plenty of time to stand near the entrance of the kitchen and stare at us and to check up multiple times with her other tables while passing us. We kept trying to give her chances, but it was clear towards the middle of our meal that she ignored us because she thought we would not leave her a tip. I was a server for over 5 years, so my fiance and I always tip 20% or more because we know mistakes can happen. Serving is a difficult job. But blatantly disregarding/avoiding your table is rude and inappropriate.

So, it's 210 on a Saturday. The 2 of us walk in, decide to sit at bar. After 7 minutes of not being acknowledged as the girl was too deep into conversation ( only a few people sitting) we proceed to host stand and ask for a table. The girl that seats us is ironically our server. Says she will be right over. She then seats another table. Gone for 4 more minutes, she the greets and takes drink order for that table then us. Unreal. Well by now it's 224 and still no drinks. She comes out with a full tray, only to have the other people drink wrong. Sets our down and says she'll be back . I approached a young woman who claimed to be the manager, she apologizes . I tell her i have to be to work can someone please take our order. 4 more minutes and NOTHING. We left 1 dollar on table and left. At this point we opted to leave for a few reasons and felt it best to review. It was not busy enough to have this occur. There was 4 servers I could see and maybe 7 tables, most had food already We both manage restaurants and would want to know the way it's going. Was very disappointed as we love the food. Apparently Novi location is the correct one. Not the same standards .
