A delightful, hopping place for mainly breakfast foods but they do have lunch options. There is a lot of variety on their menu, including food options I don't necessarily see often. The service was quick and attentive. The food was delicious and felt of good quality. I ordered a classic benedict which comes with a tomato au gratin that was incredibly delicious. I am unsure why some meals were served in pans. While this is probably an aesthetic choice, it felt cumbersome on our already small and crowded table. Portions were good for their pricing. They ended the meal with complimentary holiday cookies which were delightful and a nice touch. Seating is a bit crowded, especially when the joint is buzzing with people. The space seems on the older end and is doing its best to accommodate as many guests as possible. Parties over 2 will want to plan to arrive early in case of a wait. There is counter seating available against the back wall. While full, seating was not uncomfortable. Just a bit tight. All in all, I highly recommend stopping in if you are in the area.

Kids Buttermilk Pancakes, Classic Egg Benedict with tomatoes au gratin and Hand rolled cinnamon french toast. All good! First time here. Jonathan M., our server was great. Gluten free options. A ton of breakfast options, with daily specials. Today specials (Wednesday) include Pumpkin waffles with cinnamon mousse, chilli breakfast bowl, quiche Lorraine. Soup special is lobster bisque-butternut squash. A little pricy for our tastes. $40 before tip. So definitely come with almost $50 when there's more than two. All homemade food. "Syrup is homemade", my husband said. However, good food. Freshly squeezed orange juice. Frozen chocolate dipped strawberries with a dole on a ate with your receipt. Needs a little bit more cleaning. My kids high chair was dirty at the seat belt buckle and the table cloth had something sticky on it. That's all though. Single bathrooms.

As always, the Breakfast Club of Commerce is spot on, with beautifully crafted plates. It's always a challenge when I read the menu, because they have SO many good dishes! I will admit however, that the majority of the time, the winner is the lobster quesadilla. Coupled with a spring lettuce salad with balsamic vinaigrette & lobster bisque dip, it never gets old. My wife ordered the French crepes (which I ALMOST ordered), they are probably my second favorite dish. She absolutely LOVED them. The atmosphere here, is very quaint, and the music selection is a nice touch: late 70's & early 80's hits. You owe it to yourself to come visit this great restaurant. Treat yourself & someone to an unforgettable brunch. You won't regret it!

I didn't expect to be writing this review but after my experience here at this establishment I decided that just wasn't an option. The public should know that whenever you're in the commerce area THIS is the place to eat. My father and myself just happened to be working in the area today and were on our way from commerce to saline when we realized neither of us had eaten breakfast yet. We needed a place to escape the humidity, that wasn't in a heavy traffic area or surrounded by road workers and construction barrels so we could get in and get out. We were thinking cheap, fast, indoor food like a Leo's. A quick glance at nearby food options on google left me to choose between a place called Eddie's and The Commerce Breakfast Club. Well I picked a winner with the the breakfast club

It took a few minutes to mull over the menu and decide what to eat because although slightly small in size it was not lacking in variety. The selection of food choices here alone is five stars, all of the usual diner options with plenty more like Mexican or Mediterranean style dishes and even more uncommon alternatives like their seafood breakfast bowl.

My father was looking for a health conscious meal while I sought something more hearty and fulfilling. Eventually I decided on the "Irish Morn" (scrambled Dijon eggs, corned beef hash and rye toast 😋) and my father ordered the Thai salad. Though it was not my style I can appreciate the atmosphere and the work put into creating it. Everything here was perfect; the food, the coffee and the service. The attentiveness of the staff was especially on point. After our menus were taken away I reached over to an adjacent table and grabbed another one to double check the price of something, then I accidentally put it back upside down and within seconds a passing waitress caught it, flipped it back around, and re-centered it on the table 👏. Hey it might not seem like a big deal but it says a lot about the awareness of the staff.

32$ for both of our meals, an appetizer, and drinks and it was worth every penny. My dad was especially surprised that the crab meat in his salad was not imitation crab. Very well done, 6 stars. Will definitely go back when I'm in the area.

They also give you chocolate dipped strawberries when they bring...

Placed a phone order for eggs Benedict with hash browns and and order of French toast for myself and an egg and cheese omelette for my wife. The lady over the phone said $24 and change when we arrived the lady told my wife she made a mistake and that it’s actually 28.22 which we paid and my wife confirmed, “are all 3 items in the bag? “ the lady replied yes and we were on our way. To our surprise when we got home, the French toast was missing and the toast for my wife’s omelette was also missing. We immediately called to inform the restaurant as this is the 2nd occurrence in 2 weeks and the last week the owner Armando fixed the issue and I was willing to look past this mishap. Today I spoke to a woman who stated she was the owner and her name is Carmen and that I wasn’t charged for the French toast and that I was over reacting. I asked her to go over the details of the receipt to which the restaurant never provided and I used cash . She could not provide the receipt details only the order total . I asked to give me a breakdown of all the menu items I ordered and there was an $9.80 difference which she couldn’t explain. I asked her again why the total was 28.22 if I want charged for the French toast and the items we just added up together didn’t add up to the total in question ? Carmen immediately cut me off saying, “Excuse me” I told her I would be reaching out to the owner making a complaint with the BBB as well as the Michigan state consumer affairs. This business needs to be investigated Asap. She failed to correct the issue and doubled down on the total to which she couldn’t explain . I hope the owner Armando sees this as well as other patrons/consumers so they choose a place with better customer service and a sense of pride for working in...

This was my first time in Michigan and my sister in law wanted me to try this place. I was hesitant because I'm vegan and it didn't look like they had many options. I decided to give them a try anyway and I'm glad I did. The hospitality, attentiveness, and professionalism was extremely high end and refreshing. From the host to the cook I was very pleased with my experience. They have a gluten free ,vegan safe, belgium waffle that is delicious it's so light and fluffy. They even added strawberry and banana for me and let me tell you this fruit was the freshest I have ever seen and tasted. The flavor with the waffles was absolutely amazing. I was even able to get vegan sausage. They had sugar free syrup and they made my hash browns special to make it vegan safe just used a little veggie oil instead of butter 🙂. They were understanding of my allergies and made sure I still received and amazing meal. Most places that have vegan options skimp out on food or it's not as good on flavor. Not at The Beakfast Club. The cook did an amazing job providing flavor and I was so full. My spouse and sister in law had salmon omelets that they really enjoyed and their OJ was on point. They are taking the Covid restrictions very serious by making sure customers are wearing masks upon entry and while moving about. I also saw air purifiers throughout the place and the seating is 6 feet apart at minimum. It was really clean I don't think I saw any food on the floors or tables. They clean the spaces right away and the bussers are constantly discreetly checking to see if they can take plates and cups from your table for you. I will be back on my next visit and I would recommend this place to anyone visiting or living in Michigan to give them a try you will not be...
