Would never recommend working here for anybody. They falsely fired me, mind you I’m a mother of 2 little baby girls. They made me drive all the way up there thinking I’m working a shift to fire me on my shift mind you I live 30 mins away, barley had gas in my tank and knew. They fired me because they said I threatened someone but what really happened was they hired a felon with attempted murder charges and I was uncomfortable by the things the co worker was saying to me. So I told him to stop and chill or I’d have my boyfriend come up to my job. Because as I said again I’m a women and uncomfortable around a murderer. I wanted my boyfriend to come up and wait for me to get off because I honestly didn’t feel safe. It’s honestly so incompetent of the managers to ever hire such person. The co worker proceeded to yell at me and tell me he’s going to beat my boyfriend to the ground in front of me. How does me wanting my boyfriend to come up to my job and wait for me to get off work to make sure I’m safe a threat? What’s a threat is someone saying they’re going to lay actual hands on someone, that’s a threat. I have proceeded to file legal charges with this company and such person. Read moreI’ve been a regular customer at Jersey Mike’s for the past couple of months, and while I generally enjoy the food and service at other locations, my recent experience at this particular store was disappointing. During my visit this past Monday, I felt rushed by one of the staff members—a young man with several tattoos.
While I typically don’t comment on individual employees, I’ve noticed a recurring issue at this location. Despite often being the only customer in the store, the service feels hurried and impersonal. Additionally, the staff sometimes begins preparing sandwiches “Mike’s Way” without first confirming with the customer, which is a concern that should be addressed.

Read moreCame in 15 mins prior to closing this past Thursday evening. Team Member #1 asked "what can I get for you?" I replied stating "I needed one sec" Team member # 1 said " no problem" Team member # 2 said "that is a problem we close at 9" I confirmed the statement by repeating it. I then left the store empty handed. In addition each of the three team members were on their phones and no one washed their hands to prepare to make my sandwich had I been able to complete my order.
I came back the next day, Friday afternoon and spoke with the manager about my experience and she showed not empathy and just said ok and offered no apology. Simply stated that she will speak with the team.
