I’ve been going to this Dunkin’ Donuts for 16 years and things have really changed. The store was always clean, service was quick and friendly and the staff knew all the regulars.
In the past two weeks I’ve seen the same food on the floor under the hand wash only sink.
Staff using the hand wash only sink to clean out the blender container and other instruments dropped on the floor.
The last 4 time I ordered on the go it took 15 minutes to make a ice coffee no food.
When it came out it was wrong and had to be remade and staff was rude.
One time there were a handful of people waiting by on the go and no orders coming out. After 10 minutes I asked the cashier if on the go was down. He said no the label printer stopped working and asked me what I had. I told him and he looked down where all the on the go receipts were stuck along the edge of the counter, with the Dunkin’ Donuts sticker on each one.
He grabbed mine, and I asked him if the label machine is down but the printer was still printing the receipts did he just decide not to make any of the on the go orders?
He smiled at me and said yes, I looked at him and said, do you see the 10 people standing over there? I imagine those are their tickets.

Tonight I need you all to know just how amazing this young lady is. Kara Cooke should be voted one of the very best Dunkin Donuts has working for them. Kara has been behind that counter serving coffee for me, and for many others with a smile. since way before the virus came. Except back in March is when I noticed just how special this lady is, especially because as everyone else sat at home afraid of getting sick or just not wanting to work, Kara worked. Kara was at that window every single day no matter what and most times all alone. It has not mattered if someone gave her a hard time about their coffee, it has not mattered that the world has been a little crazy, Kara has taken it in stride. Kara always has something nice to say even when it seemed as if everything else was falling apart. Kara, thank you for all that you do every single day. Read moreI ordered & paid for a Salted Caramel cold brew. They handed me a Caramel cold brew. Then tell me they discontinued the salted caramel topping. A. Why is it advertised outside and all over the order board inside and out? I mean there is a giant poster as you walk in advertising it. B. When I ordered it why did you not say then that you don't have it, instead sneak me half of what I ordered and paid for. I don't like being tricked into paying for 1 thing and receiving something else. Oh, and I'm pretty sure the boss or manager was standing right there during this and even commented "they discontinued it".
Take the advertising down or at the very least when someone orders something that you cannot make say so right then.
Also, you have wax paper, stop putting donuts together without the wax paper between them. It's summer, they stick together...
