JB’s Sports Bar and Grill — Restaurant in West Burlington

First time back at this new establishment. They've changed the seating around (no booths) and opened it up. It was very busy when we arrived, almost all the tables were taken. The dart boards against the far wall were also being used, which gave the place a bustling atmosphere. The menu and pricing have remained basically the same as it was before. I had a patty melt, which seemed to a little different than it used to be (not greasy or with as many onions on it). The service was ok, considering how busy it was. I was here with a group of 6 people. There was another group of 12 and 4 or 5 regular tables with patrons. Atmosphere/ambience was quiet and clean. Waitress took our order with no problem. She brought our drinks out all at once...using her body, instead of a tray. We had to ask for silverware and napkins after the food was delivered. Waitress NEVER checked any of the tables for additional needs and the bartender brought us our bill. The food was GREAT. I will try this place again...

I’m quite frankly disappointed, i came out here to have a good night with family friends for darts. We got menu's to order and we ended up sitting and waiting for about 5-10 minutes with no one to take our order, we ended up having to go up to the bar and order ourselves. This isn’t the first time this has happened and i’m very disappointed, they really need to work on...
