Subway — Restaurant in West Burlington

Usually love Subway. Like that we can order it the way we want it and with my Husband's illness and not being able to eat much or right away makes it extra nice. BUT, today, we did another online order to be picked up. I did the usual spot of "special instructions" of most veggies on the side, etc, etc. Well, 1st of all, we DID NOT even receive the toppings on it or on the side!! The toasted sandwich is as cold as can be. Very, very disappointed!! I called the store and the KID that answered kindof chuckled and said "Oh, did we?" His chuckle set me off so I told him to FORGET IT & hung up. So i threw away 3 what should have been perfect sandwiches away!! The attitude of Ashlyn and Courtney was just unreal. Eye rolling, monotone voice, snappy and just complete crappy. Will Not be coming back to this establishment. Only time there is positive attitude is when the manager is there. My daughter and I are highly allergic to any kind of pepper, red pepper, green pepper, yellow pepper any kind of peppers at all. The first thing we ask is have you touched peppers with those gloves my daughter asked, and Ashlyn got an attitude turned around, tore her gloves off and put a new pair on.. Never ever again. I wouldn't recommend this subway out by walmart... my coworker and I ordered our sandwiches through the app... we both got flat bread which are supposed to be automatically toasted as per the app... hers was and mine isn't. I called to try and rectify the issue. However, I got nowhere with management... they tried to tell me you need to select toasted if you want it toasted... which the app automatically does for you. They basically argued with me telling me they did nothing wrong... needless to say I won't be eating my sloppy a*s undercooked sub. Thank you for taking my money and slapping me in the face.
