I am the secretary at the First Baptist Church in Keokuk. We bought a copier from J&S with a service agreement back in February, as our old machine was just limping along. So far there have been no major issues. I worked with Joni and Shaun, they are wonderful! To date anytime I have an issue I can call and my issue disappears. They are friendly and courteous every time I talk to them. I love this new machine. It has made my job so much easier. It used to take me an hour to print our weekly bulletin, I timed it today and it took literally 5 minutes. So to date as far as I am concerned the copier, and their customer service are outstanding! This place is terrible. They sold me a copier and then when it needed service they simply told me that I was no longer in the service area.
