First of all, this is not our first order. The person answering the phone speaks very little English. We have asked for the sides to be placed in separate containers since it shifts during delivery. This was not done. The order came in with all the food all over the place. When called, the manager refused to take the call and called back stating that it will take an hour to replace the incorrect order. Since this was for a holiday party, all the food was going to get cold and no one was going to eat together. Instead of replacing the order or offering a discount, she hung up. Read moreFIRE is a decent place to get standard American fare for a good price. The food is either delicious or average, and the meat options are quite good.

They clearly don't read order notes. Once in a while it's excusable, but I don't think they've honored my actual order, nor notes, once. Again, as a diabetic, I'm thankful at least they serve cans not fountain drinks, or I'd be dead.
Edit: Bumping up a star. After the response below gave them another shot and things have...
