I ordered a box of hot chocolate, 25 munchkins and 2 donuts on the app. When I went to pick it up, they told me they did not have the 2 donuts I ordered. I left assuming they wouldnt charge me for donuts they do not have, but looked at the reciept in the car to find out they had charged me. So I went into the store and asked why they charged me. The lady asked if I ordered on the App. I said yes. She said then you were charged. I said but I did not get the 2 donuts, I'm not paying for them. Then she said I could pick 2 other donuts from what they did have. I said I dont want 2 different donuts. Not sure why they originally didnt offer that, but would not have made a difference bc the donuts were not for me, so I couldn't just pick different donuts for someone. Then I said I am not paying for donuts I did not get. They women said to me so you want to be reimbursed? Um, yes - you did not give me a product I paid for, so yes I want to be reimbursed! I am not a frequent Dunkin customer. I do not drink coffee and can't even remember the last time I went into a Dunkin, but if the app is not up to date on the donut selection and the donuts chosen by a customer are not available, then the customer should be reimbursed. 3 different women in that store and none of them offered to reimburse me or even swap the choice of donut until I went back in the store. Ordered 2 donuts, a soda and hash browns.
The guy giving me my food looked at the receipt and said it was all there. My food was not all there, it was missing a donut. Fine. Then then soda I ordered was out of stock so I had to grab a different drink. Fine. But when I bit into my hash browns, they were still cold! I brought them back, the manager said to give me new ones but instead, the guy re cooked my cold hash browns to almost burnt, handed me the now steaming food to me in the hash brown bag but not a regular bag which then burned my hands a bit and they were near burnt. What the heck is wrong with the crew in this location!?

If you take a look at the number of negative comments it is overwhelming, but someone is writing very “delighted” reviews right after the negative once. I live in this town for 30 years and this space has to be occupied by the business that serves people and not causing frustration, disappointment or being bullied and verbally abused!!! When you come to this store – the employees are always rude! They do everything as a favor to you. I had seen people were called police on when asked for the employee to stop chatting with the co-worker and give back credit card. Somehow, the town didn’t’ do anything yet, neither Dunkin corp.
