Steven attempted for 15 minutes to make one drink. First he made the wrong drink & didn’t make it iced as I ordered. Then he looked at me & rudely said “are you ok do you have a problem”. Another employee had to help him & explain after 10 minutes that it was supposed to be iced. He couldn’t even reach the matcha to add the right amount. Then he walked around picking up random pitchers of milk for another 10 minutes. When I asked if I could get my drink because a line of 10 customers was waiting behind me, he again rudely snapped at me that they didn’t have any protein milk. He made the drink wrong again. I asked why he didn’t just tell me they had no protein milk & several employees starting yelling at me. I asked for a refund after 20 minutes of waiting for one drink, & Tim, the “shift supervisor” wanted to debate all of Steven’s mistakes instead of simply refunding me. A different employee made a drink & handed it to me, which was also clearly the wrong thing with maybe 2 ice cubes in it. Tim refused to give me a refund & I threw the drink away. Your employees are rude & hostile, especially Steven who couldn’t have Ben more incompetent & argumentative & rude if he tried. I will NEVER go to this Starbucks again I doubt if I’ll support any location the level of nastiness is incomprehensible as a paying customer for many years. Steven should be fired he can’t make a drink or communicate & was so unnecessarily hostile & then Tim was no better. It takes alot for me to review a business but heres my story I ordered a Caramel mocha Grande got the wrong size and before I got a chance to say something the cashier (male) is talking to the girl making the coffee says and I quote " I'm here to make everyone have a better day except for anyone behind the counter (customers)" as I'm standing there looking at him and then I guess she hints to him that I'm right there as she's laughing. So he says again " I dont care what the guy thinks he ordered a $5 latte". Then proceeded to talk about how they hate their jobs and cant wait to leave the "dump".I was pretty taken back as I didn't do anything wrong coming into Starbucks walked right in just to grab a drink and go to work. At that point I just ignored him to avoid my day being ruined over a coffee and I didn't even mention me receiving a smaller size then I ordered and got out of there. Never going back...
Read moreI’ve been to this location countless times in the past 7 months. It’s 2 mins from my house, so it’s purely out of convenience. I’ve probably gotten only a handful of decent drinks.
I went through the drive thru today and ordered an iced caramel macchiato before work. I took my first sip once I got to the office and it tasted OFF. I looked inside and there were chunks of milk floating around 😩
This isn’t the first time I’ve received spoiled milk in my drink at this location, but it’s happened too many times now; I’m disgusted.
In addition to the quality of drinks not being up to par with the cost, the service is NOT good. The employees are rude most of the time. I’ve sat for 20 minutes in that drive thru too many times to count.
