Went through drive thru and from jump street the service was beyond terrible. No welcome or anything else and after the first item ordered immediately was asked if that was it. Tried to order other items and same treatment in a rude manner and after the 3rd item was just told to pull around. The lady at the window was immediately noticed that she didn't want to be there and observed her throwing items about the inside. Once she opened the window she just gave the amount and when asked about the order immediately it was wrong and when trying to correct the order things just got worse with her attitude and treatment. Normally I would have just pulled away but on this day wasn't really in the mood.
Ordered two sweet teas and and an unsweetened tea and another team member handed drinks out and when asked which was which his comment was " I have no idea" and walked away
The women came back and threw some keys at the register and immediately went to closing window and honestly thought she was going to tear it off the tracks. Several minutes went by and an order of suppisedly 6 items was forcefully pushed out the window with a "here" and the window slammed shut. On the drive around the building looked into the bags and what do you know 2 items missing. Pulled in and went in and after several minutes standing at the counter looked at several times and no one in the restaurant the guy who was clueless about the drinks finally asked "what do you need". In the several minutes that it took to get 2 orders of missing fries that were missing (wasn't waiting on fryer or anything else) and the sauces for nuggets) all while observing the same throwing items about and rudeness to other customers I finally had my order and left.

If you don't like sauces, this is the place for you. Me- I love sauces. Burrito had no queso, no spicy sauce, only a pinch of cheese, half of a sausage patty ( in a single chunk, not broken up) 2 pieces of egg only on one side of burrito, dried up slivers of way dark dry bacon and hash browns. I went back hoping to get the missing items added. The woman said "we never have the spicy sauce" She didn't mention the queso. She didn't offer to make it right. I showed her the description- had open burrito in front of her. She was not interested- "we never have the sauce" was all she kept saying. That's when I said I would never be back and tossed it in the garbage. Hash browns were good. They also did not give a receipt so I had to ask for the phone number. The district office was professional, attentive. She offered to give my info to the district mgr, I declined as I am not interested in ever going back and only wanted them to know why. If a business describes items online, seems like they would expect their stores to follow it. The sauces were the only reason I chose to go back and chose BK over McD, TacoB and those waffles at WC... I could have gotten what was handed to me for $1.50 less across the street. Hugely...

I get out of my car in the cold rain as many people did as I sat in drive thru waiting to order. Common Courtesy to your customers would have been to put a note on the door. Maybe even updating your website. I completely understand being short staff Can be overwhelming. I can be patient. I can wait. 's the principle at matters to me. Take a minute, hang a sign on your door and let people know that you're not allowing customers on the inside. Once I pull to the order menu. I wait it and complete silence without being greeted. Again, common courtesy, please take a moment. Look at the menu, I'll be right with you. For me this goes a long way. Once I ordered my fand got to the window. I was given my total I didn't wait long for the food, When I received my food and my receipt nothing what said. Again, another opportunity to say. I'm sorry about your weight or even a thank you for choosing Burger King. Would have been nice.
