Firehouse Subs Tylersville Rd — Restaurant in West Chester Township

UPDATE: I spoke with the owner who was very polite was not aware of the situation offered a refund or a free meal I declined because it is NOT about that it is about customer service and he needs to know how his employee is treating customers this is the owners livelihood. Darrell not sure how he spells his name but was very rude should not be working in a restaurant mine and my mom's food was wrong so he I took it back up and told him he slammed it in the trash and told me I was wrong even though my receipt said specially what was and was not supposed to be on the sandwiches. Other employees asked him a question he told them to ask me they apologized to me they were very pleasant but Darrell was rude,hateful and unprofessional. It's been several months since I've been to firehouse. Looks like the menu has changed. Now, small medium and large subs. Ordered a medium and small new york steamer to go. I was told the small was 4 inches. It's not. Measures 3. Barely any meat on both subs. Mayo and mustard were wiped on the bread as if they were almost out of it. They are clearly cutting costs. New bread, and sandwiches are now served in a clunky box instead of paper. Not the same place I remember at all! Small sub has next to no meat, and is certainly not worth the money. Just ordered the Italian on garlic bread. Paid extra for the garlic bread but Firehouse put on regular white bread. Since the order went through Door Dash I contacted them about them about it. They called the manager at Firehouse subs in West Chester and he refused to remake the order. Said they were too busy. The sandwich was a soggy mess and I didn’t get what I ordered.
