Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in West Chester Township

Tracker said my order was done...stood in the store for an hour more waiting for my order that was just going to be a few more minutes. Complained on email review. Got a call from the manager and he apologized and said he would get a $25 gift card out to me for my inconvenience. Never received it. While in the store I told the girl that called herself the manager and she took my address and said she would take care if it ... still didn’t receive it. Moral of the story ... don’t believe them when they say they will make good on something. Tonight I was there to pick up my order and I was greeted by “ FIRST THINGS FIRST you have to move that white car because your blocking my drivers. This must be done before I can serve you” It was 9:00pm and not a car in sight. and if my order would of been ready I would of been on my way. I move my car to the opposite side and I begin to walk in and she is waving her arms around wildly telling me not to park there either . Unbelievable!! Maybe she could better use her time getting orders ready instead of directing traffic in an empty parking lot!! Note: not one car arrived in that parking lot while I waited for fifteen minutes. You would be wise to choose another store. I will never patron this...

I ordered 2 medium pizzas with ham and pineapple the driver brings me 2 pizzas burned without pineapple, I call dominos and place the complaint for the 2 pizzas. The supervisor sends me a single pizza I called again and say that I order 2 pizzas because he only brought me 1 and he tells me that that's what I ordered. I go to dominos to place my complaint and the supervisor tells me that she can not give me my second nor does she return my money. On the contrary, she threatens me with the police. She tells me to leave from her establishment because I am harassing them. She tells me that I already call the police and make sure I have my legal documents, I call 911 and they ask me for the address I ask a driver Dominos and the supervisor comes out and says that I am harassing the driver. At the end the police arrived I ran out of pizzas and I did not receive my money. THE SUPERVISOR THREATEN ME FOR BEING LATINO WITH IMMIGRATION DOCUMENTS! .. I am a citizen of this country...

Went through the drive-thru to pick up pizza. General manager was the one who took care of us. He was very rude and acted very unprofessional when I asked for the things that I had paid for while ordering online. He acted like it was an inconvenience to have to go back and get some extra cups of sauce. I used an online coupon and he forgot to give us our 2-liter that comes with the meal. I asked for a side of black olives and was told that was the only time i would be able to order a topping on the side and he could only approve it because he was the general manager. (I've ordered this at other locations and it's never been a problem) he then slammed the window shut after handing me the sauces. Pizza was very dry and had almost no sauce on it, and customer service was the worst I've experienced while ever ordering pizza from Domino's. Would not recommend to anyone and also will not be a...
