Always good no matter what you order! The above was my original post.
Updated- 1/1/2025. Getting sloppy at this restaurant regarding accuracy, meh, whatever, that's everywhere. I haven't commented about that in past visits. Tonight- Broccoli Cheddar soup tasted good. Salad instruction was followed, thank you. (Tomatoes make it inedible for me- which happened last time) and, it's good that the lids were fastened this time. Cleaned quite a bit of meat sauce off of my front seat, carpet, doorjamb, pants & shirt the time or two before that after it spilled into the paper bag which burst as I was getting out of the car.
But then we opened the pizza box -
Y'all think you're funny?? Did you get a good laugh?
Small squares- is an option for "cut" - julienned is not. And- in all of that dicing- the toppings slid to one side of the box - or - your delivery person needs to level out food in their car seat. It isn't even cut thru the crust evenly - which makes trying to pull it apart to eat quite difficult. I'm not amused. That cutting- seems intentional. Like- what do you even get out of doing that? What...- did it annoy you that I requested small squares? I always do...because when it's in squares, it seems like there's more pizza to share. So- y'all slashing it up like that- Ridiculous. I shouldn't even have spent money on delivery right after Christmas - but I'm not feeling great, so no energy to cook. Thanks for ruining the little bit of relief I felt for ordering your usually delicious, albeit pricey food.

Read moreI have never left a review for anywhere before but this was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Ordered carry out and was quoted a 20 minute wait time. It took an hour which I understood they were busy but they should update their quote times in that instance. I went to cancel my order with the host since it was taking too long and she told me she would check with the kitchen. I heard the conversation with the cook in which she said we were wanting to cancel our order if it wasn’t ready asap. He laughed and said so it needs to be ready now then? He handed her two pizzas right away. I checked the box when I got to the parking lot and he had just handed her a random pizza to get rid of us. We also ordered mozzarella sticks which had been ready since we walked in so they were cold. At that point I was so frustrated I just left and called for a refund. The manager answered the phone after going through some other customer service people. He asked for my phone number and after I gave it to him hung up without saying anything. I then called back figuring he accidentally hung up and once I reached him again he asked for the order number I gave it to him and he hung up again without saying goodbye or confirming that I would be refunded. Normal people say bye when they are done with a conversation. I was nice to him on the phone and got hung up on twice with no apology for the mess up and no resolution. Read moreDined yesterday with about 28 of my co-wor, we arranged in advanced to have the larger room available. When seated we met with our Server Ashley and as well as Olivia who was training. I could tell she was overwhelmed but Ashley and Olivia rocked it out!!!!!! Ashley took everyone’s orders, ran back and forth gathering drinks, she made everyone’s salad herself, and both her and Olivia brought out our food. These two were fantastic; they were friendly, efficient, fast and kept a calm head even with having to serve 28 or so people all on their own. So now it’s time to check out my large crew to check out and guess who also plays the roll of the cashier, Ashley. And she is struggling to do this all her self as she walks back and forth from the counter to the back register. We’re all patient and showing Ashley grace but it was disturbing when I saw the manager hanging out at the front counter, not speaking to anyone, not smiling, not assisting even though the front area is flooded with customer waiting to pay. The most she did was pop open her energy drink and walk away. I was appalled when I realized who the manager was. The manager Jordan absolutely did not show good leadership qualities.
