We came into Noodles and Company on Saturday evening after spending the day out with friends. I had suggested it to my wife. So we walk in the door and receive a friendly greeting! We look over the menu and order spaghetti for the kids, which is immediately met with, "We are out of meatballs, is that still okay?" to which we responded that was fine. We placed our order and went on our way to sit down. While sitting and waiting for our food, it was difficult to overlook the fact that the restaurant was a MESS and there were dirty dishes overflowing by the trash can. I work in customer service, so I understand there is an ebb and flow with customers, but these dishes just sat there for over 30 minutes. It took all of that 30 minutes for us to get our food. Then, the worst part of the experience was the drop off of the food. There was a lady there with red hair, did not catch her name. She came over, and threw the food down in front of us. I mean, literally dropped it. When she put the potstickers down in front of us, she splashed the soy sauce that it had with it out of the dish. My son tried to say hi to her, and she looked at him with a scowl. I looked at my wife and my jaw dropped. Then, I watched her have the same interaction with two other tables. Noodles (or whomever runs this franchise) should take a closer look at this store and re-evaluate the customer service. Again, I work in hotels, so I understand customer service during busy periods, but this person in particular is doing a DISSERVICE to this location. I will never be back to this location, and I will re-evaluate going to Noodles and Company in the future, as this was only my second experience...
Read moreWent twice in two weeks. I really wanted to like this. The wife and I got the same thing both times. Pad thai and a thai peanut stir fry. The first time the noodles were barely cooked and when we asked for it to be cooked longer they seemed upset because they were breaking down at 7pm instead of closer to close time. They didnt do anything we dumped it and left. Went this afternoon hoping the staff would be different. Same people. While the noodles were cooked this time, the veggies in the stir fry were raw and just thrown on top. The pad thai had no flavor, raw veggies, and was just vinegar based sauce for some reason. I dont think the girl in the back was trained proplely knows how to cook very well. I wont be back again after 1 not great expierence and trying again, still not acceptable. Also, dishes piled high in the bins, soda machine out of syrup for 4 different kinds of soda, and they are kind of rude. It's a group of young girls and they are not concerned with how you feel or how...
