Starbucks — Restaurant in West Chester Township

Pros: Accuracy of order, taste of drinks and food. The staff are friendly and willing to answer any questions or concerns. I never have a bad experience speaking with staff at this location. There’s a brunette girl in particular who is there a lot and always remembers my order which is very kind of her to take time away from such a busy store to be personable with customers. I used to work as a barista and she reminds me a lot of myself as a younger woman. I will try to get her name the next time I stop by! This location is generally clean and the inside of the store is well spaced with room to social distance and work on my laptop between meetings. This location is generally not crowded on the inside.

Cons: This drive through is always such a wait. The staff do tend to move through the line at a reasonable rate, however, the layout of the parking lot and the amount of cars trying to cram themselves into such a narrow roadway is simply unsafe, and also blocks traffic...

I placed an order for one drink (Venti Caramel Macchiato Hot) at 4:47pm in the drive thru. 4 cars took them 10 minutes. The other store that I had to pick up my tire from closed at 5pm. I went back amd forth in 4 minutes. Arriving at 5:02pm they refused to complete my order. I couldn't believe 5 workers took so long. Yet, they were still ringing up indoor customers and making drinks as they told me their registers were closed, which was only made worse by my drink being visible on the counter and them pretending to look at a screen to see if my drink was ordered by 5pm. Blonde woman who I assume was the manager was rude and lied to my face. My drink was made and they were still ringing up indoor sales, so it would've cost them anything. This is why I hate Starbucks and will go to DD in the future. Starbucks may be more hip/cool, but the workers...

Welp… I definitely will NOT be going back to starbucks on cox road EVER AGAIN! I went to get the little girl I nanny a cake pop and decided to try a festive drink. I asked the guy taking my order if this drink had cinnamon in it as i’m allergic to it and he told me it did not. When I got to the window he asked if I had an allergy to cinnamon and after I told him I did he went to double check to make sure there was no cinnamon in it. When he returned he handed me and my drink and told me I was all good and to have a nice day. Now i’m sitting at a gymnastics class breaking out and throat swelling…. I look up the ingredients online and sure enough IT HAS CINNAMON IN IT! I called the store told them what happened and all the lady said was “ i’m so sorry that happened to you I hope your day gets better” and then she hung up! Just the worst experience...
